I have ordered from other shirt companies before and Jiffy is by far the fastest when it comes to shipping! The other shirt companies might be just a little bit cheaper but the shipping is SLOW! I will pay a little more to get my shirts faster! Thank you for your great service and shipping!

Jiffy has fast and excellent service and products. I've had in minor product issue and the promptly resolved it and replaced the item. I appreciate the consistency and great service from the company and its employees.

I ordered several stickers, anxious to see the quality.

The quality was excellent, and I was happy with the price. However, my products were not printed with the correct background color. I contacted support, and immediately got the issue resolved.

My issue was quickly resolved with a refund.

It's refreshing to get great customer service nowadays like we used to get in the 90's. I notified customer service that I accidentally ordered the wrong transfer size and Vince canceled my transfer order but also gave me a discount code for free shipping on my next order! I was not expecting that and was very grateful-I just bought more material and used the code. I was wondering if I would get a refund on my transfer order that was canceled and Vince took care of that for me too. Thanks again Vince.

Have always liked jiffy's products and speedy response. The last two orders have been very disappointing. The products have been poor quality and lack of quality control is very notable. The response to the last damage was very slow and held me up for waiting on an answer for almost a week. Don't know if I will be ordering DTFS from them again.

The products I order were exactly as described. I had one minor issue with a shirt not being sent, it was rectified immediately and the shirt was sent out within one day. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I have been shopping tees for a couple years on and off. I like the fit of True Classics, that's where it started for me, nice upper body fit with extra room in the midsection. However, True Classics led to several other brands as I had issues with inconsistencies in sizing, quality, and longevity. I've found several brands with the same cut at higher prices, Mott and Bow was one, poor quality neck line that became unwearable. One day searching for tees I came across a review, this guy had been through my experience and then found Jiffy. He raved about the quality of the tee with an amazing price point. I ordered 6 immediately. Im all in with these tees, super comfortable and a great fit. 3 months out still looking great. Thanks Jiffy, my next order with more colors coming soon.

I had an issue with ups losing my package and my customer service representative Dorian made sure I got a replacement so quickly. He had my replacement packed, shipped and out for delivery in 2 days. Superb customer service!

Excellent response time- Dorian solved my issue in just a few emails. Offering replacement for my package that was lost in ups transit. I had 75 dtf transfers lost and he had them replaced, packed and out for delivery in 2 days.

You guys make it really easy to order from you. I would like to try some of the other DTF type products but you need to order them in multiples of 10 or 12 I believe. Otherwise it's always fast and easy to work with.

This was my first time with the DTF transfers and I absolutely love them. It took me a little bit to get my pattern in to show the white in my design. But Amanda was amazing and she helped me out and I was finally able to order them. But overall excellent product beautiful once transferred.

I love everything I have ordered great shipping great quality. But the shipping is becoming way too much. I went order another order and the transfers were 9.95 and then my tshirts were another 9.952 shipping charges on one order I couldn't do it it ate into my profit to much. I love your site but this will detour me away if not changed.

There are so many clothing options to choose from, this is my go to for blank shirts. Shipping is always super quick, usually 2 days. They are also becoming my go to for dtf transfers. Would be nice if shipping for transfers and shirts were the same and not separately.

I have been using Jiffy Shirts since 2020 and the orders are processed very quickly and I have only had 2 problems, which were issues with a 3rd party and not Jiffy directly. I am able to tell complete my customers orders in a timely fashion, because my orders from Jiffy are always right on time.

Very quick response and resolution

I ordered dtf transfers to make shirts for a girls trip. They made my design perfect and so I had them make stickers to match. They turned out beautiful too! I love that they gave the option to have the shirt transfers pre-cut. It made my process so much easier.

I specifically ordered from Jiffy due to the delivery time. When I ordered on a weekend it said delivery would be Wednesday. My order wasn't shipped until the morning it was supposed to be delivered. It was then shipped standard resulting in me receiving it Friday- the day my project had to be done causing significant stress and almost resulting in me having to cancel the project altogether. If your gonna ship late at least make an effort to get it to the customer faster.

Jiffy shirts was an amazing find. I have used this site over the years to order uniform shirts and jackets for my kids. I appreciate how you operate. This year I needed an easy solution for a golf team, and I was able to get their shirts and the DTF transfers at a reasonable price and they came out beautifully

I truly enjoy the service I've received from Jiffy. I stumbled on Jiffy after doing business with another popular DTF company. I wasn't satisfied with the long wait times and additional unnecessary charges from the other company. After watching a YouTube video recommending them, I decided to try. As a very small business, it's important that I minimize costs without sacrificing quality. I've experienced thos with Jiffy. Great customer's service. Speedy shipping. Great quality. I look forward in doing business again extremely soon.

I've only had one issue with Jiffy and I submitted an email about it. I got a response QUICKLY and it turned out it was something so simple. They gave me free shipping on one of my orders and a discount code on another.
