Ordering and choosing options was very easy. I was able to choose from different sizes and colors for everyone in our group who was ordering. There was something for everyone! I would minus. 5 a star for having different fulfillment groups but after we discovered that we just made sure to buy in either standard or what we already had in special order. The prices were amazing and hopefully the quality is good when we get our order.
Was looking for a bulk shirt provider and went on social to ask my friends who and where could I get them from. 107 people suggested Jiffy. They did not disappoint. Fast delivery, quality shirts, and they were all there. Very happy with my order and will us again.

Jiffy sent replacement shirts and DTF. The new DTF clearly came from a different printer because the film was different. Jiffy even provided instructions that were different this time around. It was still poor quality when using the different DTF and new instructions. I once again had to ask for replacement items. The next DTF sheet was the same poor quality. So, I have decided to give up on the glow in the dark DTF. I've been asking for a store credit on the glow in the dark DTF for a week or longer now. Nobody is ever available to chat. Nobody responds to emails. What is going on? This should be simple. Just give me a store credit and let me order regular DTF.

I recently received an order that had two shirts that were different than what I ordered (wrong brand and color). I immediately contacted them and they told me I could keep the wrong shirts, and they would send out the correct replacements, which they did. I then got a notification a couple of days later indicating the shirts had been delivered, however they were delivered to a home in a different state (this was not the fault of jiffy - they had the correct address). I filed a claim with UPS, and I contacted jiffy to let them know. They refunded my shipping charge and sent replacements once again, which arrived two days later. They were so easy and accommadating to work with.
They were very accommodating and made the problem right immediately.

I make spirit shirts for both of my kids sports teams and Jiffy Shirts is my go to for all my shirt needs! The quality of their product is amazing and they shipping is quick. Their customer service team is great and quick to respond.
I have been ordering Jiffy Transfers. They are printed and "shipped" quickly but they arent beinf shipped directly with UPS. They are being dropped off at random UPS drop locations and then sitting there for days.
My clothes from out of state arrived overnight and quickly. But my transfers being shipped in state are on day 3 not moving in the same state as me.
My order was supposed to arrive on Thursday. It is now a Friday. I contacted Jiffy Shirts and UPS because I needed this order. UPS said because it has been more than 24 hours since the last scan Jiffy shirts needs to file a claim. Jiffy shirts will not file a claim. They said it hasn't been long enough. I needed this order. But because its been dropped off at a random drop location UPS doesnt even have it fully yet. Our non profit desperately needed it for this weekend.

Website should have a continue shopping button and for dtf there should be an option where we can select the same image but put in a different size instead of going back and having to upload the image again and doing everything over

I love the shirts they where beautiful colors! My family love the shirts so much we designed them for the family we really looked nice all tje the shirts fit perfect and they just get small when wash but the color still there.

I reordered a dtf print and it was not correct. They reprinted and shipped me the new order without an issue. It arrived a little later than I needed it, but I understand. It was the weekend when I reported the error.
Originally I received the incorrect purchase order. I sent in my complaint. The team called to discuss the mishap. Jiff then refunded me for my entire order. I received the refund quickly. Great customer service.

I have been using Jiffy consistently for a little over a year now and I am consistently pleased with the selection of items they carry and the speed at which my orders are delivered.
In the rare instances I have had issues with an order, customer service has been great to work with. Getting a new blank drop shipped overnight for a quick project turn time as well as reviewing machine calibration and color quality on a DTF order that arrived with different quality than it had in the past.

We had an issue with the iron decal we sent in and when we received the order it was not what we expected. Jiffy told us how to fix the issue, refunded the order and we reordered the items and they came out great.

I order, they ship that day. Their prices are comparable if not lower than competitors, and their free shipping threshold is waaaaay lower than everyone else's. If you don't hit the free shipping quantity, the standard shipping rates are reasonable.
I needed to quickly cancel part of the order, and for some reason or another, the stickers I didn't want or need. They did not respond, so I was resigned to the order. The stickers did ship, but I received an email apologizing for the lack of communication due to business and was refunded the cost of the stickers. Very impressed that they would make this right.

I'm a t shirt decorator & I order shirts along with transfers as orders come in through my business. I was on a deadline with a customers order as the shirts were for a community event on a set date. My shipment of shirts arrived, then a few days later the transfers arrived (from a different source), I opened the box of shirts from jiffy to discover it wasn't my order at all. None of the contents were mine & it even had a packing slip inside with the name of the business who's shirts I received. I hopped on the computer & submitted an inquiry via jiffy's website. Within 24 hours was replied to & promptly received my correct order a day or two later. Thankfully jiffy was ontop of their customer service & saved my order from being late! I was really stressing & kicking myself in the butt for not opening the box from jiffy the day it came in but was super reassured when customer service replied promptly
Jiffy is my main shirt supplier due to the free shipping for orders $59+. Most other places are $200+ for free shipping & my orders arn’t always that big. Shipping is also really fast, I usually have my package 2-3 days after placing the order

I did have some trouble with the downloads, and separating the background, as far as your business I think the digital downloads is a absolute gold mine. I would find a way to categorize them easier as you get more.

With the suicide of my wife, I have started a company producing positive affirmations on different formats, slogans that encourage discussion, but most of all creating a tipping point for someone to choose one more day. All proceeds for our different product lines will go to support public education, and non profits serving the community. It is funny, because I have severe dyslexia and now I am entering the printing business. LOL, I am looking for a company that I can colaborate with and together create happiness in a "messed" up world.
I have ordered many DTF prints. Always receive quality items and in a timely manner. I didn't receive a package one time as it was delivered to a wrong address. Yall resent the order and I still received it in time to complete my projects. Will continue to use yall!

I have ordered transfers a couple times from y'all but this time I was not satisfied. I was trying to make shirts for this past weekend games for my kids and all the prints I got were the wrong way. If I would have pressed them they all would have been backwards like they were mirrored. I haven't had that issue before but it was not pleasant epically when I needed them done. I had reached out my complaint the same day I got my order and the day after and I still haven't heard anything. That was on the 27th of aug.
I haven’t heard back.. I sat on the chat for hours waiting to speak to someone and then it kicked me off and I never heard anything. I emailed and sent a customer claim and haven’t heard anything.

I am very impressed with the DTF transfers. It is a little bit of a cumbersome process to upload each picture individually. The quality of the prints are great. I wish they came with application instructions. I have to look it up a lot

This most recent order, I tried out their transfers because I wanted something closer to screen print than my typical HTV Cricut shirt. 10/10. Website was easy to upload my design, quality was impeccable, application was simple, AND it was delivered the next day.
