I make shirts for our multi-family summer vacation and cousin camp we've had for more than a decade. It's always a challenge to find enough shirts that are comfortable and the same color for a decent price.

Have had multiple orders. Last order for Port tees, All had serious bacon neck (21" necks), the few I washed in cold water and hung dry all shrunk 2" in length, 1" in sleeves, body remained the same as well as the neck. Not even close to pics. And as 6'1" guy they are not wearable at all. And the hat arrived in a plastic bag wrinkled and mangled. No way to repair or save it. Will not order hats again. I should have ordered the Next level 3600 like in the past Reason I didn't were threads coming loose everywhere last repeat order.
I don't like Shirt Space. Jiffy usually has better CS and shipping time.

I rarely have an issue with finding exactly what I need. If there is an issue, its quickly resolved, often times before I know it's an issue. For example, a package was lost in transit, replacement items were shipped out that day.
I had a t-shirt one time show up with a mark on it. I contacted customer service and replacements were sent out immediately.
Pricing is fair, shipping is quick, and for the variety of products.

The layout of the online shop is very easy to maneuver. Products were easy to find. A compare item feature would be really helpful in comparing products and colors.
Pricing was good. Variety of product was great. Finding men and women's shirts that were to the customer's request and matched a particular gray was important. Options to save and being upfront with that info was very helpful.

I had a customer that received a shirt with a sleeve that was sewn smaller than the other. I reached out for a replacement, and I received it the very next day. This is beyond excellent customer service. I appreciated it and so did my customer once they received my new custom made shirt that I sent them.

I do pay about 20 cents more a shirt that I have found them other places, but I love that I can get the shirts without any issues and so quickly and with no issues at all. The service is fantastic.

Jiffy has a great selection of products at very competitive prices. I appreciate the low free shipping threshold for most products. The customer service is outstanding - orders are shipped quickly and accurately. I've only had an issue once and it was taken care of immediately.
There are lots of blank shirts to choose from.

I've ordered dozens of shirts for our library's summer reading program. They are wonderful! Only one had a slight imperfection with the way the collar was sewn and Jiffy Shirts immediately rectified the situation. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and products! Our Summer Reading Program shirts look amazing!
One shirt's collar was incorrectly sewn so I requested a refund which was immediately processed and which I then used to purchase more shirts.
