Unfortunately, it seems that the quality of 100% cotton t-shirts has degraded. Once you wash them, the fabric becomes scratchy and rough. (I ordered the same t-shirt a few years ago and they were soft).

Shopping is always easy & convenient! I can do a quick search by style, material preference, colors, etc and typically find exactly what I need on the website or even the app! Shipping for me has been very quick and I appreciate that so much.

I do a lot of shopping around, & price matching, before I purchase blanks. Many times items look to be at a better price elsewhere, but then we get to shipping cost. These shirts a perfect dri-fit like shirts. Used them to fulfill softball jersey order and they were absolutely loved and envied by others. Took to HTV very well using a pretty high temp (302 degrees). The only negative thing one could say is that the sewing of the seems was pretty low quality.

I've always been able to get high quality shirts and polos from jiffy shirts and their vendors. Products have always been on time or earlier. My wife and I have used this site for years and it's the first thing that comes out of our mouths when we talk about a new project.

I ordered a shipment of shirts in the wrong color. Jiffy Shirts helped me get them exchanged in just a few days. I was able to complete the project on time.

Loved everything from order to shipment. Very easy and beautiful prints. Definitely found our company. Turnaround + shipping was quick too. I appreciated that they cut it into strips which made it easier for me to cut out the smaller design. They also covered the transfers in some sort of plastic to protect it during shipping.

I have received dirty shirts in two out of three recent orders, and a shirt was missing from one of the orders as well. Both dirty shirts were marked with a black greasy substance which I could not remove by laundering. When I contacted customer service, replacements were sent immediately for the dirty and missing items, and the representative was very friendly and helpful. I do appreciate the excellent customer service, which is why I continue to order from Jiffy Shirts. However, when this happens, it does cause a delay in my receiving the materials I need, so I wonder if these situations could be avoided by checking orders more carefully before they are sent out.

I live in an apartment complex. Every other week we have a group that meet to play "Brain Games". I do custom t-shirt and other product as well. I ordered 40 t-shirts for Jiffy shirts, and all were of great quality and loved by all. If you do any garments, I highly recommend Jiffy shirt. I give them 5 stars for their shipping, got mine in 3 days,

I was sent an incorrect tracking number from UPS, reached out to customer service by email and they responded within a couple of hours, checked it and fixed it. Ordered on Wednesday and they were here on Friday. Shirts are excellent quality and the ones I have dyed so far look great.

Customer service emailed me with the solution quickly.

I will say I was pleased with the smooth transaction and the very fast shipping. However, when I received my products I was initially dissatisfied with the way they were all thrown in the box causing all the shirts to be wrinkled—not the biggest deal but then I saw some shirts had grease stains on them and others were sewn crooked making it extremely difficult to apply straight and centered vinyl decals to them. That gave my overall experience a 2/5 which is really disappointing because I wanted to like this service.

I placed an order with Jiffy Shirts on a Wednesday and received it the following day. Service was fast - the prices were excellent and the products were as described on the website. I like that each product has it's own size guide, so there's no guessing if the item will fit or not. Great company to do business with.

I received an email that my order had arrived but I couldn't find it. I contacted Jiffy Shirts via email and said they hadn't arrived. They jumped right on it looking for the order. I found it shortly after so the initial issue was mine, not theirs. I just hadn't stumbled upon them yet! :) But they were so great to try to resolve my issue immediately.

I've been using Jiffy for my small business for a while now. I will say that I've had quite a few orders with damaged shirts (holes or dirt, sometimes adhesive) but they have always been really prompt in rectifying the situation and sending replacements. I appreciate the good customer service but wish the quality control was better and free shipping was at a lower threshold.

My experience was wonderful. I can choose if I want 100% cotton, polyester/cotton mix, or 100% polyester. Plus, they have toddler options for my 1 year old and the prices a very reasonable. The bill deals are even better!

Website is easy to navigate and selection of products, colors, and sizes is clear. Fast delivery, all shirts arrived in good condition. Got a few more shirts than I needed to get free shipping, but I'll eventually use them.

I was not expecting such a fast turnaround on my order. We are in the beginning stages of adding apparel to our 30 year old company so this was actually my very first bulk garment purchase. After a lot of shopping and research I chose jiffy and it was even better than I had hoped.

There is no problem with anything besides need a real discount and I've noticed sometimes I get the same costs when I try to pick faster shipping or regular shipping. But Fast shipping no Matter the option and on time as always. I'm glad I don't have to wait two weeks for some shirts when in time of needing them, this is the best website hands down!

We ordered white sweatshirts in several sizes for our night activity. They came on time as promised and they are cozy and soft. My kids will enjoy them all year long! My neighbor saw them and immediately asked where I got them as such good quality at such a reasonable price point is hard to find! She ordered a bunch too.

Ordered tshirts for an upcoming bachelorette party and then the bride changed her wedding colors. You easily returned my blue shirts and I was able to get pink shirts in same product fast! The material is awesome. Great quality! And now I will have a happy bride.
