I love how quickly and easily i was able to order the products. When I made my purchase, I ordered shirts and hoodies. But I wasn't able to purchase 2 different brands and also receive free shipping, even though the total purchase was well over $100. The shirts I needed were made by Port & Company, therefore I had to purchase hoodies from Port & Company at a much higher price to qualify for free shipping.

Ordering online was very easy. Sweatshirts are top quality at a great price (beat all the other sites I researched). Items came on time as promised! Will definitely be ordering again from here.

**Terrible Customer Service with Jiffy Shirts**

As a professional business owner, I rely on timely deliveries to meet my clients' expectations. Unfortunately, Jiffy Shirts has repeatedly let me down with their delayed and inconsistent shipping dates, costing me both clients and money. It's incredibly frustrating that despite being a business, they can't provide accurate timelines for order fulfillment, and this has happened on more than one occasion.

What's worse is their lack of accessible customer service. There's no way to speak to anyone directly, and the only response they offer is an unacceptable blanket statement about not being able to guarantee shipping times. When I give my customers a date, I make sure to stick to it – something Jiffy Shirts clearly doesn't prioritize. I will not be using their services again not that they seem to care. The last update I received was that it would be delivered Wednesday and I still haven't received my order.

I have been a repeat customer with Jiffy! Fantastic prices, great quality, and fast shipping. My order arrives within a couple of days, sometimes sooner.

There was a confusion with an item I ordered. (Which was on my end). I received a fast response, and was helped almost immediately. I was also given some useful information for future purchases. Very respectful and professional service.

Have ordered from Jiffy several times. They always have everything in stock. Super easy to order, fast delivery and wonderful options all across the board!

Almost never have any issues but on the rare occasion that it happens jiffy always takes care of the issue without exception. Overall great products and competitive pricing.

This website has been amazing for someone who is barely getting his start in design. All my needs are available (and more) which helps fuel my design process.

My order shipped quickly and was correct. The 80/20 blend sweatshirts wash up beautifully and my embroidery designs look amazing on them. Thank you for selling quality blanks!

I've ordered many DFT transfers from Jiffy, and shipping is always fast. The quality of the transfers is great, and the one time I had issues, customer service was quick to fix the problem and ensure I was satisfied.

Shirts came in the time quotes, were great quality. I had a few to return and that was handled in a very quick manner. I'll definitely use them again.

I tried the glitter DTF for the first time. The first image came with so much glitter on it I could barely see the image and it was very light in color. When I went to press it on according to instructions, it's stuck to the shirt. I figured it was all the glitter that was on it. I informed customer service and they sent me out another one. It wasn't coated with as much glitter, but it was still lighter in color as was the first one. After placing it on my garment, according to the instructions, the color was still lighter than the image I sent in. Customer service has been good at trying to rectify the situation with sending a replacement. She was trying to explain to me about CMYK colors and printers. I did ask for a refund on the image and s/h so I can try another image (with no response from them) otherwise I cannot recommend glitter DTF. (it would not let me upload the original image, but the colors are very vibrant.)

Jiffy is always so fast with their email replies and support. If there is ever an issue they correct it immediately for me! I love jiffy and buy from them almost every two weeks!
