The same order was sent to the wrong address 3x and this is after correcting them! I literally got off the phone with them and they send me an email sending it to the wrong address again like I never spoke to them! It has been about a month now and I'm still waiting for some of my shirts! Below are photos of my emails back and forth, and this is only a few!

I ordered several shirts in different colors and they all arrived quickly. The fabric is thick compared to what you usually find I the stores for t-shirts. The colors are beautiful. The shirts arrived quickly. It was an overall great experience.

I will continue to order any shirts or printable items I need from Jiffy shirts. Their site was easy to navigate and they were great with shipping updates and stock. Plus they have a huge selection of items to choose from.

Site is very easy to navigate, I had no issues finding what I needed, also love that you can make separate carts so that I don't have to sift through orders. I purchased the Unisex soft cotton shirts and thry are sooo soft and press really well, shipping was fast. Overall I am very pleased with my experience.

I was looking for blank shirts just to print on and I found around 100 shirts for a great price and the quality was good for the amount of money it cost. The shipping was smooth right on time overall very nice. I will be using them again.

I received my email from Jiffy stating my package had arrived...I sat impatiently through the rest of the work day. I made my commute home excited for my new products, however when I started walking toward the house I saw a flat cardboard box that had been re taped and was destroyed. After taking some pictures and waiting on chat hold for a while I finally got Melissa on the line. I shared the images of UPS' destruction and without missing a heartbeat I heard the best news ever. Melissa said "Okay, you will receive a shipping email from us later today, a new order is being done for you now." Now, I wont lie while on hold I mentally prepared myself for the worst, I even rehearsed my angry responses I would give when I was told...too bad, not our problem. But instead she said listen even though it was UPS' fault, we stand behind our product. I was confused, shocked and amazed all at the same time. I truly thought I was not only out the product but I was going to be out the money spent as well. She proved me wrong on every thought. I could not be more happy with the customer service received. Melissa is like my Jiffy Shirts HERO! Thank you, Ive ordered a ton of things over the years and thankfully I will get to continue to order knowing they have my back! Thank you

I didn't have to reach out to customer service on this order, but they have always been helpful in the past. Anytime that I have ever had missing or defects in items (this happens rarely), they have been quick to issue a replacement and get it to me in a timely manner.

I've ordered shirts numerous times from Jiffy and had not experienced any problems. Love the quality and value of the shirts! Probably would go with a different company for the DTF transfers.

Customer service attempted to rectify the problem with a credit. I didn’t really need the credit, I needed my items to arrive on time.

The shopping experience was fine. The shirts themselves, although the same size, did not fit consistently. Out of the 12 shirts I ordered, some fit pretty loose, others just right, and 3 of them were super tight that it makes no sense that it's the same size as the others.

Honestly using this site helped things go so much smoother than I thought it was going to go. I had to order shirts for my sons birthday party to make into baby's sharks (I know I know) and I literally got them all in one spot. I had to return some and order some others (ordered an extra because someone said they actually could come and had to return two because they were too big, but I was prepared for that because I wasn't sure how they would fit on us so I bought one size and one size up) and the return was quick and painless. My large order came on the expected delivery date and the smaller order came the day before the expected. Vast array of colors. I choose from mostly men's though, so I can't answer for others. Well mens, youth, a toddler shirt, and I believe two women's, maybe three. But yeah, I will be using this site again for our antics (only child so we go EXTRA all out).

I’m fairly certain this doesn’t count as an “issue” but I had to do a refund on my part (I bought like a L and XL in one shirt because I wasn’t sure of the women’s fit and an XXL and 3XL because same issue) and returned the shirts that didn’t fit. It literally took maybe a total of a minute , no issues at all. All websites should take a page from your book because THIS is how seamless it should be.

The website was very organized and easy to find everything I was looking for. Ever shirt I viewed was well stocked and the prices were good. I ordered 46 shirts of different sizes and 6 of the shirts were missing when I got them, however, I contacted jiffy shirts and they sent me the replacements immediately! They had great customer service and fixed the problem quickly. I will shop here again.

The ordering process was so nice and easy nothing complicated about it whatsoever. The turnaround time for my order was on time, and the contents of my order was 100% accurate. I will be placing my next order in a few days. I'm super excited about the standard of service and quality of the merchandise. I'm well satisfied.

Love the site and the great products and values you offer. Just gets confusing to know the differences in some of the items, like after i have made selections and added to my cart and hit continue shopping i usually see more items of basically the same thing but for other prices.

Other than that, I love using JiffyShirts to buy my vinyl pressing supplies! So many choices of styles and colors. They are guaranteed to get the order to you quickly as long as your items aren't out of stock. I haven't had this problem so far.

I actually had a credit and needed long sleeve shirts quick. My cheer squad shirts got to me quicker with Jiffy Shirts than I could with Amazon! I've had to return extras before and returns are simple easy!

These guys rock.! I ordered shirts one day and they where here the next day… I love how accurate everything went and how smooth the sales were… I will definitely be doing business with you guys again…

Love, love, love the shirts I ordered. Ordered Gildan Soft Style in Heather Purple and they are so nice. Price was great! They arrived so quickly and turned out so great. Found one sewing flaw on a shirts as we were getting ready to heat press them. I was able to easily go online that night and tell what happened. I had a new replacement in my hands two days later. So awesome because I didn't have much time before I needed them all completed.

So nice to be able to submit online the issue and have it resolved so quickly. Communication was great. Service is so fast.
