I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice. However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.
So today October 28 the pickle sandwich was introduced, I was hopeful that it would be similar if not better then a sandwich shop called what's the dill. This totally missed from the visual to the taste. For the price it is so not worth it. With a few adjustments it could be a good sandwich. Things needed to make it a contender 1. Bigger pickle 2. More meat and toppings 3. More seasoning At the bottom you have jimmy john and the competitors.
The women that took me I order the redo my order three time and I got the wrong thing and she was very rude When I asked her to repeat my order and I kind of sound like she's trying to get me off the phone and it was a very bad experience and I'm not sure if I'm going to eat here ever again as if she was and Was very unpatient
Never have I ever seen a restaurant ALWAYS get orders wrong
Never have I ever seen a restaurant with people as rude as the Vestavia hills Jimmy Johns
Never have I ever seen a restaurant refuse to correct an error or offer a refund.
NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
I love this store and they messed up on my order and i hate to complain or call the manger and so i will right a review and express my thoughts. I ordered a root beer and its a coke and i hate coke
The Alamosa, Colorado Jimmy John's store is the worst one I have visited they don't tell you what number to listen for, they DO NOT put your order in a bag or give you napkins it's like they are scared to do anything else other than taking sandwiche orders and making sandwiches, I have been to locations in Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Canon City and have never had Service like Alamosa, Colorado gives and these guys are Freaking Sloooooow, I would hate to see their delivery service, and the bread they are serving is kind of hard cause they are not pulling from a bread warmer the bread is out in the open
Tip for consumers:
They need to get the LEAD out of their $#*! and git-er-done faster like slogan says Freaking Fast and not Freaking $#*! Sloooooow

If I could leave 0 as a star rating, I would. I drove 20 minutes to go redeem a birthday sub at the location in AZ near me (the last day to redeem) and when I ordered and tried to present the coupon, they told me it "wasn't valid." The manager just shrugged his shoulders and told me there was nothing he could do. The entire exchange between trying to get me my birthday sub and confusion as to why the app wasn't working took 20-30 minutes. SO I wasted 40-50 minutes of my life on Jimmy Johns only to be told "sorry, nothing we can do." I asked if I could call corporate - they couldn't give me a number. At this point I was like "look at my phone, here is my License, can you honor the coupon and give me the deal - again it was the LAST day to redeem! Nope, sorry nothing we can do - and we don't have a number to give you. SO I left.
Next, I went on a scavenger hunt and finally had corporate call me 3 days later and tell me they "locked my account for suspicious activity." Like WTF? Is this a bank or a sandwich chain? After unlocking it for me, and determining that I was a legit dude who just wanted a birthday gift from the app, I asked if, since I missed the window for my birthday sandwich if they could hook me up with an extension or get me a free sub valid until the end of the month, they said "Sorry you'll have to wait until next year."
Well, I wont be waiting until any years because I will never go back to Jimmy Johns, they lost me as a customer over a $6.50 sandwich.
I ordered the #14 bootleggers club, which has turkey and roast beef on it, then I opened up the sandwich at Homs and found ham and roast beef on it, a very interesting not good combination.
The delivery person for the store in Surfside parked in the handicap space while waiting for a new delivery. It is right in front of the door. Convenient but not good public relations.

I went unto a Jimmy Johnsin the Minneapolis, MN area. One of the managers was drunk and the other one had a nasty mouth. She had tattoos and looked high.
Those jung guys touching everything on there face even microphone the ear pod an don't switch gloves not safe for this situation with the virus
I ordered a sandwich on line worst sandwich no lettuce and tomato's never again. Lots of other places to go
I ordered delivery and when they arrived, they had no change for a $20 bill. My order was only $9.39
This sandwich was the worst I have ever had in 72 years. It was supposed to have SALAMI CAPICOLA HAM and PROVOLONE, ONION, LETTUCE, TOMATO &MAYO, oregano, basil and vinegar and oil. The sandwich I received had an abundance of lettuce, no onion, one slice of tomato, one and a half piece of ham, and 2 pieces of bacon@ one inch each and that was all. The thickest part of the sandwich was An enormous amount of lettuce. This is by far the worst sandwich I have ever had. Complete waste of money. 0 out of 5 stars.

Ordered online. Went to pick up in store. They did not have my order ready when i got there. I asked girl making my sandwhich if she saw the extras on there because they messed up before. She rudely replied yeah i have the ticket right in front of me. Then I asked for two small sides of ceaser dressing. She did it and it was not full so i asked if she could fill it up a little more. Then she got an attitude and said we will have to start charging you for these. I said they have never charged me before and I even ordered the exact same thing the day before and had no issue. I said it dosn't show it costs on the website, because you can ask for extra dressing at no charge. She said it won't be on the website we charge you here. If im spending my hard earned money on a already overpriced wrap that is almost $11 you really can't give me a side of dressing but want to charge.69! If this is the case i will stop eating there. I love the wraps, but will not spend additinal money on a small cup of ceaser. It's the principle of the matter. When I called up there to ask for her name she would not give it to me and said she is not obligated to do so and just said she was the store manager. I am so aggravated that i went through all this becasue i'm tired of being treated differently every time i go, and when she is there it's never a good experience. No greetings when i walk in, or a smile, or have a nice day. I think the manager and the staff should watch "Give them the Pickle" on customer service. Also please have your employees cover up their beards, I do not want hair in my food.
I place my order on line at approximately 3:10 pm to be delivered at 4:30 pm. I placed this order to be delivered at 4:30 because our company closes at 5:00 pm. I wanted this sandwich so that I could have it after work, as I wasn't going home. At 4:40 I hadn't received my order yet, so I called the specific location tot check on the status. I explained that my order was the one being delivered at and/or by 4:30 pm. The person said "oh, your the delay order" we're running a little behind. I meant to call you, our delivery guy left approximately 5 - 6 minutes ago. He has 5 deliveries. I said no problem, as long as he gets here by 5:00 pm, as that's when we close. At 4:55 I called back to get a delivery status, and was told that there's no way to track their bicycle delivery guy, and asked me if he wanted to call him. I said don't call him, because if he's on his bicycle, he won't likely answer. At 5:00 pm the manager locked the door, as it was closing time. The sandwich showed up shortly after 5:00 pm. One would think that if the sandwich order was placed ahead of time to be delivered at a later delivery time, that they should make the sandwich and have the delivery person leave before that specific delivery time, not after that delivery time. Also, I shouldn't have to call them, when they knew that they were behind... they should have called me. The whole situation was very maddening. And there responses when I called were equaling maddening. It's not likely I will place another order anytime soon
Arrived on location at 1215 Arkansas Ln Suite 200, Grand Prairie, Tx ******* on June 6/2022. Just finish working an long day at work I was hungry so I thought Jimmy John's would be prefect called my family ask if they also like anything while on my way. I arrived around 5:20 pm according to the info while looking for the location near me they were open until 7 pm, when I walk to the door to gain access to place my order I was stop by an employee at the door they were handing food to another person look to be an friend of there's the employee look at me an with an rude tone told me they were closed not serving anyone for the rest of the day while this happen the person that was handed the food laugh at what the employee said to me. I will not be going back to this location an I may not be going back to any Jimmy Jones if there employee's act like this to there customers or potential customer before entering the store during open business hours according to store hours when looking the location online.
I called to my local Jimmy John's location on 14th and Leavenworth in Omaha, NE to order a sandwich with just French bread, lettuce, and tomato. I didn't want any meat or sauces. Well, the person who answered the phone sounded gay and became very short with me. He insisted that I tell him what "number" I wanted to order, but I told him I didn't know what number, I just wanted a sandwich like I wanted. He huffed and puffed with me and placed me on hold. Shortly afterward, a woman picked up the phone. I asked her where the other man was, and she said he had to leave on a delivery, but I thought I could here his voice in the background saying something about a difficult order. I reexplained my order to the woman. How difficult is break with lettuce and tomato?
I wish they had been more open to me ordering what I wanted. I felt as though I was expected to have memorized their menu numbers, as he insisted I tell him which "number" I wanted. I didn't care what number they ordered me, just as long as it had only what I wanted on it.
The Mrg(female)at the south creek store #1296 location is very rude and respectful to customer... I will NEVER go to this location again nor will I eat at jimmy johns again...
Ordered a sandwich and requested to cut in half, and napkins. Got neither. Little stuff, but that's what's remembered.
I stopped at store #2374 at 4201 Tuscarawas St West, Canton, Ohio to purchase a sub sandwich. When I walked in the store a young kid was standing at the register looking down and playing on his phone. I stood there for approximately 10 seconds and he did not look up until someone told him I was there. I placed my order and was watching the other 3 staff workers who were just standing around. One of them cut my bun in half and after giving the bun to another staff member he took the knife and started cutting pieces of my bun that fell off of the large bun. He then took the knife and ran the blade in a crack vynal table top about 4 times and then started playing with the pieces of bread from my bun again. When I saw that I literally lost it and told them to cancel my order and told them the knife is no longer clean nor sanitary. They just stood there and ond of them said whats wrong. When I told him it was unhealty he shrugged his shoulders. I told him to clean the knife and that I will report this to the health department and again he shrugged his shoulders. The cash register attendant gave me my refund receipt and when I took it he said very rudely that I did not need to take the receipt the way I did. I asked him if he was being spart about this and he looked at me and said. YES. I left the store and will never walk into another. Something needs to be done to the staff in this store.
I love Jimmy Johns Gargantua. I order from time to time as a treat, I ALWAYS customize my order, for one reason, because I know they have to make it fresh if I do, and for another reason, I like to have Avocado and Bacon added, plus Dijon mustard is often a must for me. Tonight, I did what I usually do, I ordered online and spent the usual extra time to add avocado, Dijon mustard, bacon, and extra roast beef. I got a call back, they said they didn't have any roast beef, I said "ehhhhphf", like an IT guy that who is tired of fixing computer problems and I said "that's fine". I was hungry and was willing to make the compromise. So my order arrived and I started eating, only to find it also had no mustard, no bacon, and no avocado as well. I looked at my receipt and realized, I somehow must have messed the order up, even though I placed the order the same way I always have. However, my receipt didn't mention anything about how I was not getting any roast beef. It was was obviously altered by someone, did that person also alter the order so that I would not receive bacon, avocado, and mustard? I Called back and said where is my bacon, avocado and mustard? The manager said I didn't order those things, and was not willing to make things right. Hmmm. I just moved here to Apache Junction, AZ from Chandler, AZ
A wrong move I think
Never get my order right; can't even follow the request to cut it in half. Really? No napkins. Today not even the correct sandwich.
I could make a better sandwich at home for $17. This was so not worth my time or money. Shoulda followed my first mind and went to Wendy's.
If Jimmy Johns cannot hire enough staff for the store on 41 in Marquette MI, then HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT! They are closed most weekends, many weekdays at 3! Ridiculous!
Tip for consumers:
Never order online. The store is rarely open
