I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice. However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.
So today October 28 the pickle sandwich was introduced, I was hopeful that it would be similar if not better then a sandwich shop called what's the dill. This totally missed from the visual to the taste. For the price it is so not worth it. With a few adjustments it could be a good sandwich. Things needed to make it a contender 1. Bigger pickle 2. More meat and toppings 3. More seasoning At the bottom you have jimmy john and the competitors.
I ordered sandwicheds for my team at work. Bill was $514. They sent me this moldy thing and told me they didn't and that I probably pulled it out of the back of my refriderator. I'm sure they think that since the back of someone's refriderator is where this sandwich came from
I placed an order at 11:48 a.m. and called at 12:50 to check on the status since it has been MORE THAN AN HOUR since the order. They couldn't give me an estimated time as to delivery, just that it will be sent out with next driver and/ or that the manager would be delivering. This total lack of timely service makes it difficult for those that are on a lunch break and don't have another recourse. Two thumbs down. SLOWER THAN A SNAIL!
I ordered a sandwich for my brother to pick up on his way home from work and ordered it to be ready at 8:15pm. When he arrived, the sandwich was not ready. I ordered the sandwich without mayo specifically and it came slathered with mayo. I HATE mayo on an Italian hoagie. Took a couple of bites and threw the rest out. Mayo should be an option and not automatically applied to the sandwich. Will not patronize JJ's again. Too many other places locally that do a better job.
I ordered online in Canonsburg PA. Delivery driver came and the bill was $10.90. Handed the driver a 20. She turns around and walks away. I said, wait I need change. She said well you didn't ask for change. I said I want 6 dollars back. She said I have to go outside to get change. But on the way out of my place of business. She calls me a f#cking a$$hole. She comes back in and says that she doesn't have the proper amount of change. She hands me $5.27 and walks out. Before She leaves, I asked her, why would you call me a F... A... She said, I didn't who told you that. I said it doesn't matter, because I heard it. She walked out. So I had to contact her boss and corporate.
I had to wait over a half hour after my order was given over the phone and paid for. It should have been made and ready when I walked in. My order was over $80 that's why I ordered it so i wouldn't have to wait. This was in Frankenmuth mi.
Well okay just last week headline in the newspaper and posted on media from CNN the FDA issued a warning letter to the owner and the supplier to contain the ongoing pattern of 7 years for ecoli and other baterica found in their veggies. Started back in 2012 by 2013 up till now nothing has changed or improve expand now in 12 state's and then they way the present their delivery people beard and long hair and then seatbelts or backpacks I mean come on here this is by far the worse restaurant ever very little toppings overly priced and now all this media of them
Went to the Jimmy John's location at 5701 N Tarrant Pkwy Ste. 109, Fort Worth, TX ******* on October 16th at about 3:00 in the afternoon. I stood in line about 3 minutes, the cashier is counting the money in his drawer, so I set down in a booth since I have a bad knee and I can; t stand in 1 place for a long time. After about 3 or 4 minutes I stood up and went back to where the cashier who was still counting the money in the drawer and said can someone take my order? He said no because he was in a shift change, keep in mind ther were 2 other employees behind the counter when I showed up and another came in while I was sitting down, but nobody can take my order?. After about 1 more minute I left the store nad went to get a sandwich at another sandwich shop. This was somwme really bad customer service.
Order sandwich and cookie online when when I got my order delivered. The cookie was missing I called the store and they said they would run it right out to me waited an extra hour never received it drove to the store wanted my money back for the cookie and my delivery fee and they refused to give me my money back even though I stood at the window waiting for 5 minutes with no response from anyone so please be aware and stay clear of the store in South Bend Indiana on 933 North
I could only taste two much of salt, full of croutons and no chicken, they are stealing money, chipotle doesuch better job to make you smile with lunch at lesser price

My wife just picked up a sandwich for me and apparently they think everybody eats onions it's pre-mixed into the tuna that was my second time trying Jimmy John's and both times were awful.
I live within a mile from 2 Jimmy John's and cannot get delivery based upon my address. Wish they would post blacklisted addresses so I would have known before moving to this neighborhood.
MY JOB ORDERED FOR LUNCH AS USUAL THIS LOCATION IN BRIER CREEK DID NOT BOTHER TO PUT THE NAMES ON THE SANDWICHES, WHO WANTS SOMEONE ELSE SNIFFING OR UNWRAPPING THER FOOD DURING A PANDEMIC?

Always 45 minutes plus, but they want PREMIUM tips... less than. 5 miles away. Today I rounded the tip up to just over a dollar, no delivery after over an hour... Canceled order.
I placed an order for delivery the order was not what I placed by Miah at Jimmy John's 630 Park Street Jax, FL *******. I called to explain to the night Manger that I didn't order what was delivered, Julia the delivery lady was very polite with awesome delivery skills. The Manger is rude and I am afraid to purchase food from there due to my safety due to her character... Manger Cotton is the worst Manger, different... that place deserve a 0 star...
For weeks now JJ site sometimes recognizes my address and other times not. In addition, now it also randomly declines my credit card which is nowhere near its limit. I quit.

My medical practice spends about $7,000 per year (I treat my entire staff every 2 weeks) in business with the location at 2117 SE Federal Hwy in Stuart. There were some issues with JJ's web site 3/12/21, so we decided to call. We got cut off at first, then when we finally spoke to an employee, he said he was "too busy & had orders ahead of mine, go back to the website." In the background, someone said she had no time for orders. I asked a staff member for the owner's name & she refused to provide it. I provided my name & number, but no one bothered to call me back. I must say the staff they had previously was far more receptive to our orders. Current staff is disinterested. To get the order processed, especially since I made a commitment to my staff, a staff member had to go on her phone for the order to finally go through! Very tedious with the quantity of orders being placed.
I assumed that besides the Friday orders, my staff's frequent purchases we would be given some slight consideration. Recently observed by everyone is a significant increase of ice in the drinks, and the scarcity of meat in their "smoking kicking chicken" sandwich. I could continue listing other disappointments, but since the owner did not call me back, I guess my business is not sufficient. Maybe I should try Jersey Mike's.
When i went to there i ordered a sandwich with extra extra mayo and they would not put it on the sandwich. I got really mad and then they threw the sandwich right at me. Dont recommend this place.
I love JJ's and their website allows for super easy online ordering. My entire office has saved their favorites and we just press a button to reorder everything.
For the price of their products, would expect a lot more bang for the lettuce, whenever i see Jj 's, Subway comes to my choice of reason, or that green sign sandwich shop
Placed an online order at the J Clyde location in NewportNews VA. I went to the drive thru to pick uo my order. The lowest bill I had was a 50. My order was 35 dollars. The cashier said she dont take 50 dollar bills at that location. Reminding you my bill was 35 dollars. My chabge would have roughly been 14 dollars. I told her I would have to cancel the order. The worst Jimmy Johns. Not like the one in center city or williamsburg.
The character limit here doesn't allow for the whole story but in short, she got annoyed with me because she was busy and apparently doesn't handle being busy very well. She waved the knife in her hand at me and said 'YOU HAVE TO WAIT! I HAVE OTHER ORDERS! - situation declined from there. All she had to say was "I'm sorry but I have to finish these orders right now, then I will try to help you with this" I may be no JJ's manager... but I'm not stupid either, her condescending behavior was uncalled for.
The store on 2nd st coralville the store manager was rude and he was acting angry with all costumers on the phone saying he is tierd of this stupid job. I eat here all the time. You guys lost a costumer. We order 12 subs at 12:20 we got our food at 1:40 pm he said he was the manager check the cameras you will see he was so rude
This was probably the worst sandwich I have ever had from JJs. The bread felt like biting into a brick and may have broken a couple of teeth. Absolutely no flavor. Probably won't go back.
I was giving two $20 gift cards and when I went to use them they were already used somehow. I contacted and explained what happen and it's been almost a month with no response.
