I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice. However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.
So today October 28 the pickle sandwich was introduced, I was hopeful that it would be similar if not better then a sandwich shop called what's the dill. This totally missed from the visual to the taste. For the price it is so not worth it. With a few adjustments it could be a good sandwich. Things needed to make it a contender 1. Bigger pickle 2. More meat and toppings 3. More seasoning At the bottom you have jimmy john and the competitors.
Terrible place to work. Dont expect to be paid what you work or the amount to be correct. Bad bad bad business. Never recommend trust me.

They have officially lost an eater. Advertising a tub in place of bread, don't expect more ingredients.

Jimmy John's is without a double the best sub sandwich. Great bread and high quality fresh ingredients. Can't be any better.
Bad service manager doesn't communicate well I will never return this location until they find a new team

Don't waste your money. I ordered the roast beef sub it was nothing but bread and lettuce. They then up charged me for cheese.
Who doesn't love a sandwich that you click order on and you have it in front of you in less than five mins?
The site is easy to use. You can customize the sandwich without much effort (it's perfect for girls like me that don't do salads on their sandwiches and just want meat and cheese) which is great and helps to prevent the feeling of shame when ordering something from some skinny teenager giving you the look because you said NO to everything remotely healthy on your sandwich.
One complaint I have on the site is that, if you use it often like I do, it keeps readding your delivery address (if it doesn't change like mine; i get it at work) so I have 40 different computer generated variations of my delivery address, even though I have one marked as default. That extra step is an extra pain in the behind. Also, there's a section that says NOTES FOR DRIVER, yeah, you need that, BUT where's the note for the sandwich maker or packer? I am HIGHLY allergic to onions so I have to make sure there is no cross contaminated with the vile white beast of the vegtable world, the demon of the garnishment variety... Anyway, I have to call and tell them that. It'd be nice if there was a little box that says SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS for the sandwich.
Because of that, I give it three stars.
I ordered 5 sandwiches online from JJ website to be delivered for a lunch meeting at 1pm. While waiting on the delivery, I got a call from JJ supervisor 30 minutes later saying that they ran out of bread, and the manager will be back within 15 minutes with more bread. I kindly asked the supervisor to cancel the 1 order that they didn't have the bread for... I was told that they can't cancel partial orders? This 1 order held up the entire lunch meeting! Its 1:35pm and we still haven't received the order as yet!
This is very unprofessional and disappointing! We waited over an hour for sandwiches that we couldn't eat because the lunch meeting had ended already as well as 2 members had left.
I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING MORE FROM JIMMY JOHNS! THE MANAGER DIDN'T CARE THAT MY ENTIRE LUNCH MEETING WAS RUINED BECAUSE OF THEM!
P. S Jimmy Johns is only 3 minutes away from my business. It took them over an hour to deliver to a location is less that 2 miles away. POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!
I ordered my lunch ONE FREAKING HOUR AGO AND IT STILL ISN'T HERE. TALK ABOUT FREAKY FAST. MORE LIKE FREAKY SNAIL PACE.
