I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice. However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.
So today October 28 the pickle sandwich was introduced, I was hopeful that it would be similar if not better then a sandwich shop called what's the dill. This totally missed from the visual to the taste. For the price it is so not worth it. With a few adjustments it could be a good sandwich. Things needed to make it a contender 1. Bigger pickle 2. More meat and toppings 3. More seasoning At the bottom you have jimmy john and the competitors.
Placed an order from the garland Rd.
Location was told 30 40 min delivery
Time. 1HR 15 call the store they say they can't find the order. Speak to guy says
They will rush it right out. So 50 min call
Again placed on hold for several. Min then
Some one picks up the phone hangs up
On me. Call back no answer several times
I called this store by choice. On a Sunday.
U can't be that busy. So. 2o 30 min. Get a knock on the door. 3 hr s to get 2 sandwiches 2.2 miles from
My door. Never again
This location was SLAMMED today (Thursday 6/23/2022) when I went in for lunch. These employees were killing it! My sandwich was great! Got it just they way I ordered it! Kuddos to the peeps at this shop!
I ordered a Beach Club sandwich - usually my favorite - first time for my husband. The sandwich was not up to par. Was dry, hardly any avocado, slim pickings with veggies, little mayo. Needless to say, we wont be back again. I was so looking forward to a great sandwich and turning my husband on to my fave Jimmy John's sandwich! Surely not worth $7.49!

Have never eaten here before today. Very basic and very expensive for what you get. 8 inch French loaf or 2 slices of wheat bread or lettuce wrapped around meat. All same price. Then you don't get to have them put on topping you want. 8 inch French loaf was tuff. Very disappointing and will not eat here again.
They took way too long and wasn't able to eat it for my lunch and I got the combo but they didn't give me my side I'm disappointed in the service and time of waiting. Wish they did better and been more organized

The driver 2-13/17 had a very bad attitude and did nor does he deserve the tip I gave him.
You have to realize older people have a right to make sure their order is right as well as their payment think about how rude you was
Newhope, Fountain Valley location: Called to order sandwiches and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Called back, told them I was on hold for a long time... no apology. Asked how big their regular sandwiches were and the guy hung up on me. Thought I'd try something new (never ordered from them before) and what a joke. No wonder they have terrible reviews and ratings. How do they stay in business?
Almost every time I order from here they either forget the drink, chips, or both. They also proceed to slather 2 tbsp. At least of mayo and mustard even when you specifically ask for light mayo/mustard. It's actually fairly comical, considering how on the receipt they staple to your bag has your entire order w/instructions on it yet they always either forget half the order somehow or make the sandwich inedible. I'm NOT a picky eater but I just can't stomach a quarter jar a mayo on any sandwich. It's like when they're making the food do they even stop to consider, "would I eat this?" of course not. Absolutely no pride taken at all in all the locations I've eaten from especially ---1200 Cooper Point Rd SW UNIT 400, Olympia, WA *******--- Beware of this specific location as it is the most abysmal one I've seen. If you dont believe me just order delivery from there with a couple special instructions and prepare to be absolutely ripped off, and disappointed.
Tip for consumers:
Never order from 1200 Cooper Point Rd SW UNIT 400, Olympia, WA 98502 JIMMY JOHNS
Here in the high desert, there is not many sandwich places that I can say I enjoy eating. Jimmy John's happened to be one of my top three places to eat here in the high desert from services to sandwich. I commend them well nothing bad to say is definitely a go to.
Called in a delivery. Two very important items I ordered and PAID FOR were not included. When called I was told they would be delivered by the next available driver, that was yesterday and they still did not deliver. Never again.
We have been working all day and wanted something to ear. Go on line and put our order in and the dam thing would not let me order. Tried 4 times and then it pops up you have tried to many times try again later. So that sucked thank god for dominos and delivery. Did not have an issue with on line ordering from them
I was eating one of their turkey tom sandwiches, I had added bacon to it. Im chillin and eating when all of a sudden I bite into something hard, didn't think much of it till I was brushing my teeth and found that it was broken. Officially the first snd last time ill ever eat a sandwich or anything from them again.
Very convenient location for us we normally dine in. Always fresh veggies and bread. Nice flavors all around good sandwiches. Service is fast Good people good vibes. Restaurant is exceptionally clean and organized. It's very hard to find a restaurant that functions with these very important elements.
Apparently this Jimmy John's is the only location that cannot make an unwich. Wrong order twice. Refused to correct it. Refused to refund, told me to leave the store. Paid good money to be treated poorly and not get my food. Manager's name is Brandon. He is extremely rude, and unprofessional. I will contact the franchise owner, and also the corporate entity. Never going to this Jimmy John's again.
Tip for consumers:
Dont eat at this location

I'm very disappointed with this product; now they put too much liquid ingredients that make the bread melting and disgusting. I can't even save it for later to eat it in home just to find up the bread was totally melted. I felt like l want to vomit. I couldn't eat the sandwich that was totally melted. Don't recommend this company anymore. Don't deserve not even 1 star. DISCASTING.
Ordered at 1:30, got a call the driver is on break and I will get it once they get back. Delivered at 2:17. Then it was the wrong sandwich and a different soda splashed onto my cup. Then I called them and got hung up on. Called again and they said they will put a credit on my account for "when I order again" yeah most likely won't happen.
I ordered at 12:55pm to a jj's 2 mins down the street and had to wait my ENTIRE LUNCH plus an extra 15 more mins to receive my order. It took over 45 mins to receive my order which is beyond ridiculous. I was too busy to leave work so I thought delivery would be a better option. I was wrong. Definitely not freaky fast and frankly, I will not be ordering with them anymore. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the service. When I called, they said they had a catering order and my order would be here within 5 mins... and it definitely was not.
If the sub was an indication of a bew product, they failed miserably! Looked like a regular sub, the meat was all jammed together, the soft mozzarella was a thin slice of hard mozzarella, the lettuce was encased in the "pesto" sauce & all shoved into the back closed crack of the sub bun, which had been baked too long, tomato was smashed & miniscule. Sure didn't look like the picture! Cross JJ's off my list for good!
Tip for consumers:
Skip the Caprese
I've never had a bad sandwich from any of your restaurants, but I tried that new chicken sandwich from the location in Sugar Grove, Illinois. It was AWFUL! Sorry I think you should pull it from menu! Btw the bread is key!
I would have rated Jimmy John's 5 stars if it weren't for one thing... their bread is too hard. I like the different types of meat and cheeses they use and the quantity is absolutely awesome. But every time I took a bite I felt like I was going to chip a tooth. Their bread is too hard. Blimpies Subs have you guys beat only because of how soft their bread is. Soften up the bread and you'll be number one in my book.

Purchased two 16" roast beef and turkey sandwiches and a soda. Came to $41. I thought maybe it's worth it? NOT. This was probably the lamest sandwich I have had and to pay almost $20 for it is even more disappointing. I was not able to pick my toppings, the mayo was hardly even there. Very dry. No pickles, no onions, no nothing except tomatoes and lettuce. When I ordered I was not even given the choice of bread and no mention of toppings. The bread was hard and I ended up not eating the whole thing because it was so dry and bland. Service was SLOW. I ordered at the counter and waited 30 minutes to finally get my order. Probably because they were busy filling call in orders. Probably my mistake by not ordering ahead, but still 30 minutes for a sandwich?
I pay for a side of sidekick and it is half full, the delivery person called me and I stated I would meet him in the lobby and when I quickly walked to the lobby my food was laying on the counter in a public area. I don't think that is right if I tipped and paid for a delivery fee. Very disappointed.
I've spent $700 or so on jimmy johns sandwiches for customer lunches ytd. Same as for many previous years.
Over the last couple years the meat content of all their sandwich offerings have
been reduced by I would estimate 75% or so. This last box of sandwiches I brought in to a customer this week literally had one-half slice of meat per sandwich.
Also, I was finally convinced this year to sign up for a jimmy johns online rewards account. After a couple hundred $s of orders I have a free pickle and bag of chips...waste of time.
Looks like I will be trying Firehouse Subs Or Jersey Mike's for customer lunches.
Went to Jimmy John's asked for a roast beef with provolone lettuce and onions one piece of roast beef was put on that sub and they charged me 8 hours very little lettuce and just a sprinkle of onions ridiculous the price they charged for this sub... think twice before you spend your money at the Golden Ring one. The Sub was nothing but a toll with Mayo on it. And it cost $9.00
I placed order online for delivery, 5 minutes later manager called me from the store located 2325 colfax ave denver co and asked if I want to leave tips for the driver.
Are tips supposed to be at my own decision?
Manager took his sweet time to call me asking for tips, unbelievable!
