I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice. However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.
So today October 28 the pickle sandwich was introduced, I was hopeful that it would be similar if not better then a sandwich shop called what's the dill. This totally missed from the visual to the taste. For the price it is so not worth it. With a few adjustments it could be a good sandwich. Things needed to make it a contender 1. Bigger pickle 2. More meat and toppings 3. More seasoning At the bottom you have jimmy john and the competitors.
We ordered three subs online. Fifteen to twenty minutes later we walked in and our subs were waiting for us on the shelf. The people working in Greeley were friendly and helpful when asked questions. Everyone enjoyed their subs.

I never received my order! I placed it online, and paid for it, it was the Main st. One in Green Bay, WI., they didn't even call, text or even show! After waiting for a n hour, it was to late and were closed I emailed corporate 4xs and they have yet to respond. FRUSTRATED!
If a driver doesn't show up for work, it may take longer to receive your delivery. I know first hand they work very hard to get them out as fast as possible. They will leave with as many delivery orders as possible. Many of them are spread out so it will take time to get it to you. Remember, you could be on their end of the stick so please be patient and also tip. Gas costs money.
Ordered food for 4 ppl. Asked for Vinegar/Oil and paid for Guac - got neither. None of the drinks were right & half of the chips were wrong. No names written on the sandwiches, so hard to determine whose was whose without opening each one.
Tip for consumers:
Their delivery fee is ridiculous!
Heads up to anyone who hates onions. DO NOT order the Tuna! It is LOADED with onions, although no where in the description does it mention that there are onions in the Tuna salad. Why would you add onions and not just let those who like onions add them to their sandwich at no cost? I couldn't eat the sandwich and it was a total waste of money!
Ordered my food at 10:33 for delivery. It showed on the tracker that is was out for delivery at 11:05. At 11:34 called the store and they advised me that I should be getting it with in 8 mins. I finally got my food at 12:02 One hour and 30 mins later after I ordered my food.
Good things first. Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast. The fillings were very tasty. Now the not so good. The bread was so tough and dry, when I tried to bite into one end(which was cut in half) the force needed pushed the fillings out the other end. I wrapped the other half in a wet paper towel and nuked it for 15 seconds. That made it easier to eat but, still not great. Won't order again.
They support their franchises hiring drug addict drivers that are unreliable that they applaud them for hiring blacks that can't do their job well. They give management jobs to blacks just because they are black and they allow them to steal from their drivers. The blacks and drug addicts rarely get fired
Their bread is inconsistent and they give you bad bread they should have thrown out
Downtown Battle Creek location
Used their drive thru. I had to ask them several times to speak up and repeat themselves. I ended up repeating my order three times before they read it back correctly, ordered a sandwich combo and an unwich and they still got it wrong. They tried to give me half the order I offered to go inside to straiten it out to not delay others in the drive thru. Inside staff was argumentative when I "tried" to tell them the correct order. A woman claiming to be the franchise owner was quite abusive.
John at Jimmy Johns is a great driver, have had nothing but great experiences with him at the Indianapolis, IN branch downtown. They've been great throughout the pandemic, even with less drivers and workers, they always provide great service.
Sandwiches are good at Jimmy John's. I go to the one at 104th and federal area. They have always done well by me. Jimmy John's sandwiches are excellent. Founder, Jimmy John Liautaud ruthlessly kills endangered animals. So he is an immoral POS. But this rating is not about morality but taste. They make several different kinds of sandwiches on several different kinds of bread, even white-grain options, lots of sandwich sauces, and real cheese. I have never had a bad sandwich there. I think Jimmy John is evil but I have no moral problems eating at Jimmy John's. Why? Clearly because Jimmy John's sold the company and this immoral POS no longer is connected to it. They are trying to improve the ethics of the company. So you still have the good sandwiches but the immoral miscreant is gone. So go eat the sandwiches without guilt. Warning, I have not been there in three years and I read some pretty negative comments about Covid neglect. So what I am sharing is merely my own experience.

Tried to order online payment in cash was not an option, tried calling to place the order and was told cash was not accepted for delivery. This in the U.S. nationwide is an illegal act of denying payment with legal tender. Guess I go to subway from now on and i get to start a lawsuit.
We had to tell them a bunch of times our order and they didn't get it right,we had to pull up to the window and tell them and they still didn't get it right. They also charged us the wrong amount when we should've paid less for our order.
On Sunday, myself, my daughter and her bridal party were at the Kaukauna Library addressing cards and we ordered for 8 people. The bill was over $100! As we started opening we realized nobody had the right sandwich or un-wich. On girl has a gluten allergy and she did not get an un-wich. I ordered unsweetened tea and got sweet tea. It was a royal mess! My daughter called, and they told her they did not have any of what she was saying was ordered. Any of us that ordered Bacon and avocado did not get any. No Mayonnaise and the sandwiches were loaded with mayo. All but the girl with the allergy just ate what was delivered as they told her there was nothing they could do. One girl who did not ordered avocado got avocado. I'm sorry, but this was a really bad business practice. I for one will never order from you again, as most of the group agrees. Shame on you for not trying to make this right.

call and speak to someone to verify order!!!!
Just had a Jimmy John's sandwich and it was really bad. In fact, the last three sandwiches were bad. I noticed that they shrunk the size of the french roll in half. So half the sandwich is in the roll and half the sandwich is outside the roll, yuk! I like bread with each bite. And the bread is dry. What I don't like is that they make the change and pass it off like we won't notice it. Why not just be honest with the public? We know that times have changed and things are going up in price, we're not stupid. Why not just raise the price a little and give us the same sandwich we use to love? I feel manipulated. In contrast, In and Out Burger just raised the price and keeps on delivering that wonderful burger that we all love. Kudos to them In and Out Burger, we want you to stay in business and are willing to pay extra as times are changing. But boo to Jimmy Johns! Not cool.
I placed an order online, it stated online that it was delivered but it never was. I called the store and the girl who answered the phone laughed and said It will be there in a little bit. Half hour goes by and the food is still not delivered, I called again and finally the guy said it would be here in 5 min that he remade it fresh for us. 20 min later the food was finally delivered and the delivery guy spilled my drink all over the floor and just stood there and stared at it... disappointed to say the least.

I love Jimmy johns but I was furious today when they were out of white bread and gave me wheat. I looked at it and it was infuriating they need to have white bread and not this hole wheat crap. What had this business come to. It was 6:15
I asked for peppers and onions. No peppers no onions no paying attention to anything I said with the order. I'd expect my money back as this is NOT the sub I ordered. Really? How hard is it to read the order. I worked in restaurants for years--it's not that hard. Shame on you
The Jimmy Johns employees in Simpsonville Sc Harrison Bridge location are very rude and impatient. If the customer has a simple request why not honor it to ensure a repeat customer. Couldn't get my sub cut in three's for my children to share on the way home. They would only do half. My children had to wait until we arrived home to eat. How sad Jimmy Johns employees are inconsiderate.
I am so sick of the stupid commercial you have for Jimmy's John's kicken chicken sandwich I don't care for Jimmy Johns as a whole but his commercial will effectively keep me from ever eating there again. Think about the intelligence of your audience before continuing with this type of advertising or maybe you are looking at the lack of intelligence of you audience
Wrote a review then i got a word back. They sent a virus to my phone. Amazing when a company treats you with bad service then treats you with a virus. I will never buy jimmy johns again and i will tell everyone about how you treat people.
I'd I can give this location a NO star I would. The gentleman in charge of this location was very rude. Cursing just because I ordered over a hundred dollars worth of stuff and didn't have enough bread. F this and F that. I canceled my order and went elsewhere… Disappointed
I ordered a sandwich with turkey cheese and tomato, and it was really really bad
It tasted awful in a way i couldnt describe! It was like really salty and tasted undercooked
Oh yeah and it made me vomit not joking
First I want to say that I have been a loyal customer of Jimmy Johns for at least two years. The delivery was always fast and the quality of the food was acceptable but lately I have noticed a change in this company. For one thing I saw they downsized all their food items while keeping the price basically the same. I was willing to live that but the show stopper for me is that their delivery has gone from under ten minutes to never. Twice I ordered food online and had to cancel because the order never arrived. JJ made an excuse each time about not having enough drivers but that is not my problem. All I know is that I ordered food and it never came. I am sorry to say that I am done with Jimmy Johns. I am never going to go through having to call them and cancel my order again. Bye Jimmy Johns.
Our order was not delivered on time. I called and found the Jimmy John's in Merrillville, IN is extremely short on help. Thank you for providing delivery to our office. Waiting for the food didn't hurt us. Thank you, Heather, for working today.
