I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice. However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.

So today October 28 the pickle sandwich was introduced, I was hopeful that it would be similar if not better then a sandwich shop called what's the dill. This totally missed from the visual to the taste. For the price it is so not worth it. With a few adjustments it could be a good sandwich. Things needed to make it a contender 1. Bigger pickle 2. More meat and toppings 3. More seasoning At the bottom you have jimmy john and the competitors.

I order JJ's on a regular basis... pretty good... Tonight I oredered two sandwiches. One was their ne w BULL$#*! Kickin' Chicken. It shows a fat plump sub. Right? I get the thing. It's flat. I mean I measured it. Not even an inch and a half thick! And that's WITH all the meat and veggies... and on top of that. They send some giant moron knuckle dragger as the delivery guy. He comes to the door. I say 'Hey. How's it goin' tonight?" He says only. That will be 22.76 I give him that and a 10.00 tip. The gimp does not have the social training or manners to muster a thankyou. Just turned and walked back to his car. JJ's can kiss me right square between the back Pockets... never again... "F" em!

Made the above online order and the two cookies were omitted from the order which I did not discover until I got home.

The store is located 7.2 miles from my house is a 15 minute drive so I did not return that day.

On the 8th day of June I was in the area so I thought that I would swing by and get my cookies.

I was asked to provide a receipt at first which I did by handing the clerk my phone.

After about a five minute wait, the clerk came back to the drive thru window and said"I apologize for the inconvenience but since it has been a few days and you did not come back sooner, we cannot give you your cookies."

I asked to speak to the manager and the guy at the window CAME outside and approached my truck in a threatening manner.

That is when another guy came to the window and told the other guy to come back inside.

I did not get my cookies.

It was the most bizarre insane thing I have ever seen.

If I could give it a negative I would.
Twice I have order from the 7 E Congress, Savannah, GA shop and both times took well over an hour for delivery, Freaky Fast, my $#*!! The 2nd time I cancelled the order, so now I have to wait 3-5 days for a credit to show up on my cc. The person who answered the phone said they got hit a noon with orders, BS! 12:18 I placed my order and at 1:10 it still wasn't made. I'll go to Subway from now on.

I ordered online $65 order. I was expecting a spot to type in code "pickup 20" for 20% discount but there wasn't any spot. I called to advise and when I went in I complained to manager but nothing was done. It will be a long time before I go back.

I ordered the beach club and paid $3 for bacon that I did not get but I did get mayonaise which I stongly dislike. If you are going to put something on a sandwhich, it should be on the menu so people know. Not everyone in this world likes mayonaise!

I'm a regular and completely enjoy the sandwiches. The person that made my sandwich was very rude and unprofessional. Her small son was in the store and he was very friendly. I spoke the child and the workers yelled at the child to put his head down on the table and she told me not to talk to him. She proceeded to roll her eyes and give me ugly looks. This was on 7/8/23 store # 2301, time12:54 and ticket # 286. The employee should not have a small child at her job. Also, she should not admonish customers unless that are being rude and or offensive.

I Purchased nine of the lunch boxes for my coworkers… The sandwich was a slice of turkey and some lettuce... I complained to the store… I complained to corporate… And I was told their sandwiches are made to very strict standards… The sandwich was a joke. Looked nothing like the picture… All I can say is thank God for subway because I will never go to this establishment again

The food was good, but the manager was BAD. The manager refused to give me his name. When I sent the information to Jimmy Johns they asked me for my name, address, phone number, e-mail, and I think they wanted my blood type. Their manager said he is not required to give out his name. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Jimmy Johns at 5801 N May in Oklahoma City.

Terrible service, zero stars, but forced to put 1... Freaky fast? Don't think so Freaking slow, and they can't even tell you when your food will arrive; however, they charge you quickly, and impossible to get your money back if you cancel the order... Freaking excuses as to why ALWAYS late, and as for me and our staff... WE are done with Freaking slow Jimmy John's AND I cannot give you proof of purchase as I'm STILL waiting on my sandwich to arrive... order from North Ave in Melrose Park

Been ordering for years today may be the last time. The driver was new, called twice looking for direction stood in y parking, despite being told twice the apt was in the basement, could not figure it out. He ended up going across the street and giving it to some random guy standing on the sidewalk.

Called the store and was told they would redo the order and send it back out with the same driver. If he couldnt find it the first time why did they think he could get it right this time? No apology, no discount, no nothing. I canceled the order.

I'm done with Jimmy John. Screw ups are really constant with this store JJ9003.

I wanted to order the plain slim, basically because the size is perfect for me, but i asked to add pickle, god no they can't do that if i want pickle i have to order the full size sandwich, not looking to argue today i said fine full size add pickle, get home, NO PICKLE! I was the only customer in there! Are you kidding me?

I'm convinced now that all of Jimmy Johns idiot employees are working at the one on ringling boulevard in Sarasota. It's a simple request,, extra hot peppers please, before leaving i asked the Tard is this the one with extra peppers, yes sir is the response. Opened sandwich when home,, not a one pepper on my sandwich. This is the 3rd time in a month this store has $#*!ed up my order. If I decide to ever go to the Jimmy Johns on ringling boulevard again I will be checking sandwich before I leave. Thanks you $#*!ing $#*!s,,

Went to Jimmy John's today # 2281 in Missouri City TX for a sandwich. The food was mediocre. The store was not clean. Then I went to the restroom and met the man that made my wrap coming out of the ladies restroom. I asked if this restroom wasn't for women but he wouldn't answer. I went inside and found a huge dump in the toilet. It was sickening and I went outside and asked him why he didn't flush. He wouldn't speak to me to me so I told the manager and he wouldn't respond. This sandwich shop seemed very unsanitary and I will never be back again. I didn't add photos of my review because it was too disgusting.

The workers at 7121 Leesburg Pike in Falls Church, VA, on more than one occasion have proven to be incompetent. Not only can you not trust them to get your order correct, when one calls to have the issue addressed the staff in dishonest in why the order was wrong or incomplete. To make matters worse, the manager DEVANTE is adamant about getting a sandwich back although in order to replace it with a new one. That would be fine but there is no way for the driver to retrieve the old sandwich due to the delivery location and my physical location. The Jimmy John's system for replacing incorrectly prepared deliveries needs revamping. If your workers get it wrong, at best your company can do is replace the order in a timely manner without inconveniencing the customer. Freaky fast is also freaky incompetent.

I've been going to JJ in sierra vista for a long time and they neglected to put avocado and tomatoes on my turkey sub. The mgr was argumentative and implied that I was trying to get something free! I come from DHS and stop there on a regular but will NEVER eat there again!

I initially ordered a sandwich when i had no other options for food & it was good. Repeated the same order a couple more times.
Yesterday I walked to the store in Evansville IN. & tried to order. They did not have the whole grain bread I wanted & I ordered my sandwich with the their French bread. They wouldn't accept my American Express card. Very annoying. I walked back & ate my sandwich. I could not taste any thing but bread with tasted like cardboard. Terrible experience...

Not just a sub shop, that's for sure! I was placing a delivery order (1st time), Brittini asked how was my day, I burst into tears, my son is missing for over a month now, I'm having a tough day today. Brittini gave me a blessing, so sweet, thank you! JR delivered my order and delivered a hug from Brittini & himself... a hug, right on time. Britini and JR, thank you for your kindness and your hugs, I pray 100 fold return to you both! It was an honor to meet JR and I look forward to meeting Brittini one day when I feel better. After recieing my sandwich. It has all the wrong ingredients. And when I called was told I would be charged for another one. Was told on thare end my customizations was not entered. Overall just make a sandwich at home if you want it done right

I placed a order to be delivered and over a hour later still nothing. I called and she stated they only have 1 driver and mine is next to go out. She said it is made n sitting there waiting. So my sandwich has been sitting for a hour to go out. I wanted to cancel order n lady hung up on me. Then called back n talked to manager. As of a hour after talking it is still showing my order is waiting to be delivered n money has been taken out of acct. This is the 3rd time this has happened. 3 strikes your out!

I ordered a sandwich after one PM and I got my sandwich over one hour later (the problem I have with this, I can look out my window and see the store) I called the store and ask for the manager, when the girl that answered the phone said she was the manager. I told her of my concerns and she told me she could make it freaky fast but delivery was one hour or more. I wanted to know what part of the advertisement pertain to their store. Fisher Indiana... You are FREAKY SLOW to say the least. And that was no way to respond to a customer complaint

On 6/10 I ordered Jimmy John's for the 2nd time in a while as the first time took several HOURS to deliver. This time I did get a call that delivery time would be over an hour and they gave me the option to cancel my order which I did.

2 hours later in walked a delivery driver with my order? I told them it was cancelled and they left it anyway. I called to speak with a manager and they were "busy" and someone was going to have to call me back.

I called again on 6/16 and spoke with Vander and he agreed that I shouldn't have been charged and took my information. He said Willie the GM would be following up.

Here we are on Friday 6/18 over a week later and they still have my money and no one is following up.

I am sad to tell my story as I do like their food but if you need it delivered I wouldn't recommend it anytime soon.

Been wanting to try Jimmy John's "gourmet sandwiches. Very Disappointed. It was so bland! I guess it would be considered a " gourmet sandwich"
For anyone not interested in flavor. Not returning.

If you want a good sandwich this is not the one. It's basically 2 saltine a** crackers with a piece of cheese and sliver of turkey. Like someone took a meat tenderizer and beat that a** flat. $2.59 extra for some bacon on a 8 inch it better be kosher but probably trash, so made my own at home. It's like a couple of kids opened a lemonade stand but for sandwiches and don't know what the f*** they are doing. Took like 5 years to get some damn mayonnaise. WHAT KIND OF SANDWHICH SHOP ARE YOU!?

I placed this order online and expected well-made, delicious sandwiches like received before in October 2019. I did not receive this. What I received were 3 Sandwiches: 1 - #12 Beach Club + 1 Roast Beef Slim (very little Avocado)+ 1 (VERY Small piece of) Turkey Sandwich that were All 3 made horribly! The Beach Club didn't even contain Turkey inside only cheese, Small Lettuce and a very small amount of Cucumber... After calling, I was told there was a delivery charge for exchanging the sandwiches so I picked it up and received 2 New Sandwiches - NOTHING CHANGED OR IMPROVED! This is unacceptable by ALL Restaurant Standards!

I have order many times, throw out the year but the last three time I wait a hour to a hour and fifteen minutes for my food. They owner of this store dose not care about his customers who call to let him now how they're treat. Called in two Tim's aboutthe hour wait with no response. This time I had to go get my lunch because the K couldn't tell me when it would b ed delivered. I order at 12pm and waited till 1:15 for my food, before I decided to go get my food myself. Thay why I decided to let you all know you are better off going to a different jimmy johns store in town.
