I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice. However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.
So today October 28 the pickle sandwich was introduced, I was hopeful that it would be similar if not better then a sandwich shop called what's the dill. This totally missed from the visual to the taste. For the price it is so not worth it. With a few adjustments it could be a good sandwich. Things needed to make it a contender 1. Bigger pickle 2. More meat and toppings 3. More seasoning At the bottom you have jimmy john and the competitors.

I WORK LITERALLY 5 MINUTES FROM JIMMY JOHNS AND OFTEN CANT GET AWAY FROM WORK DUE TO WORKING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD- IT TAKES THEM 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR TO DELIVER ONE SANDWICH- FREAKY FAST MY A**! I USED to love ordering Jimmy Johns and getting what I ordered without issues, however today marks the 3rd strike that they've $#*!ED up my order. How damn hard is it for you to make a god damn sandwich?! As someone who works long hours & during this virus time as an essential worker I expect the food I order to be exactly how I ordered it. 3 times during this mess have they screwed up. If Blimpee Sub shop was here i'd go there over this bull$#*! any day. I'm beyond pissed off that again because of your failures as a sub shop that I am not able to eat because you jackasses cant do your job properly. Jimmy Johns should go out of business. I will NEVER give them another chance & if I were you I wouldn't spend your hard earned money on this $#*! show.
This place is a complete joke. Asked for a turkey Tom, it was portioned for a toddler. Absolutely no flavor and extremely sparse sandwich. Something I could make at home. I'll stick to jersey Mike's
There were two team members working. One guy was fully in uniform his other team member made me a sandwich with no gloves no mask and he wore a bookbag downtown fort wayne never again
The recent commercials on TV and the deliveries I make daily had me wanting a Jimmy johns sub in the worst way. So after waiting all morning and afternoon to get off work my guy and I went to get us two Cubans wow... We were so disappointed first of all the Cuban is supposed to come with pickles and the guy didn't know that and they're also supposed to be pressed... They do not have a press the guy looked at me like I was talking in jibberish or something... the ham is was sliced like lunch meat so thin I could see through it... and with no press it didn't come close to a true Cuban. It's just that there's something about the way the Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard melt together that makes the difference... This was similar to a 7-11 grab n go sandwich... And there was also mayo and horseradish in it? For my first visit to JJ I have to say I was NOT impressed whatsoever... probably won't ever go back especially for what we paid for only two crappy subs... would submit a receipt but wasn't offered one... all I have is my PayPal proof...
They were absolutely horrible they forgot all of our ranch and pickles. We just finished a hard tourney and want some JJs with ranch but now my mouth will have to be dry.
Went to dine in at Jimmy johns Monday the 28th and I usually dine in but today was totally different. One of the female managers I believe her name was Jonny, waited on my order for awhile n noticed that she was extremely rude n being very unprofessional as a manager towards quite a few of her employees. Slamming things down n very inappropriate language towards her fellow co workers as well as cursing up a storm while giving demands. A few of her co workers asked her repeatedly to stop n she deliberately acted like she didn't even care. As a manager on her part I'd have to say which is extremely unprofessional n very uncalled for. This is not the first time this has happened when I've been dining in at Jimmy johns on 4th street mason city. She was extremely rude as well to me when giving me my sandwich. Not sure what her issue was but won't be coming back to dine. My honest opinion she is definitely not fit for that position n it really shows. As said before this isn't the first time I've witnessed her unprofessional attitude toward co workers as well as very rude to customers. I love Jimmy Johns n been a customer for quite some time but I reconsidering even coming back. Very unpleasant visit. I did not know Jimmy Johns hires people to be managers like that very unprofessional if u ask me. Seems like she is entitled to whatever she thinks n it's ok to treat others like that. Not very professional.
Unreal customer service. The store did not get my order right for pickup and somehow that's my fault. I want a refund on the items i didn't get and the manager was completely unprofessional.
First time I visited the Lithia Springs location I was disappointed. I asked for spicy mustard, they gave me yellow mustard; I asked for vingerette dressing, they gave me NONE and to top it off, the onions and lettuce was stale! Never going back to there! YUCK!
The way they treat there GM'S IS ridiculous I've seen it with my own eyes personally over and over upper management does nothing to get the lazy GM'S OUT and just put it on other managers and take there situation and black mail them with it it's really sick and employee rights need to check this place out HE WOULD NOT OF TALKED TO ME LIKE THAT INFRONT OF MY EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS
I asked for #9 sandwich add onions, oil, vinegar! I had may 2 pieces onions very lil mayo and no oil and vinegar! The tomatoes are extremely small! I was handed my sandwich no bag wow!
Called and asked questions thereafter placed my order but the gentleman Nick was so patient with all questions and had a great attitude throughout the whole call.

Our order was delivered with no idea which sandwich was which! Not one of the sandwiches were as i asked. I asked for napkins, they provided not one! I will NEVER order from them again!
Pulled in there for lunch on a Sunday at noon and the doors are locked and nobody is inside. Website says they open at 11 and no one answers the phone.
Waited over 90 minutes. Order never delivered. Credit card charged. No refund after multiple calls and escalation to corporate. Pathetic. Had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I ordered online at 10:19am, arrived at the restaurant at 10:30am, and received my order at 10:41am. There were two other customers that arrived as I did whom not yet purchased their order. They received their order before me.
My sandwich bread is hard and not at all fresh. There was so much lettuce and hardly any meat. I redeemed a free reward, only to have lettuce in the sandwich.
This visit to "Jimmy John's" is saddening as this is the restaurant I choose to oftenly go to for a gourmet sandwich.
I visited the Taylorsville Rd store today. What a mistake. I order a roast beef with lettuce tomato oil and vinegar. Pretty simple. What I got was a roll with one piece of roast beef. A ton of lettuce. Two extra thin slices of tomato. The oil was on the outside of the roll. And frankly I didn't detect a trace of vinegar. Maybe the sandwich maker doesn't care for what I like but I'm the one who paid for it so I feel I should have gotten what I paid for. But here's the troubling part. I waited eight minutes to use the restroom behind an employee. She didn't wash her hands as the sink was dry and there were no paper towels in sight. Nor a hand dryer. As I was trying to enter the restroom she locked it and slammed it closed with an attitude. When another person got the manager his reply was I'll see if I can find the key. Never again will I waste my money at this establishment. Good luck to anyone who does. As I write this review it's asking for proof of purchase. I was never given a receipt but I will take a pick of the paper my sandwich was wrapped in. Also maybe you can include a napkin and a bag for customers food

I ORDERED 2 SANDWICHES FROM THE GREENRIVER LOCATION AT 3PM. TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED IN 25 MIN. A HOUR LATER I CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THE DELIVERY GUY HAD FORGOT MY ORDER AND WILL BRING IT NOW WHAT! NO COURTESY CALL NO SORRY JUST THAT IS IT. WOW WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
JIMMY JOHNS HAS COME BACK AND GAVE US OUR FOOD FREE FOR IT TAKING SO LONG!

When I spent several hundred dollars on sandwiches for a family party, I was shocked to find out that I only got one credit. I learned that the rewards are visit based, not spend based. Who does that?! Nobody! Soooo cheap! So the next major get together, I had the store manager enter every sandwich separately (43 of them) so I could get credit for each purchase. Then I learned (after calling customer support) that you can only get credit for one purchase every two hours. Who does that?! Nobody! The app and online are intentionally obscure about how the program works or what you get for what you buy. And who cares about stupid badges. I'm supposed to feel pride for having bought 388 inches of sandwiches and got nothing but an achievement badge for it!? Are you kidding me?!
I like JJs sandwiches but I feel so disrespected and unappreciated as a loyal customer. They obviously are more interested in not rewarding customers and have gone to great lengths to make their rewards meaningless and hard to qualify for. I will NEVER EVER again buy a large amount from JJs! They worked hard to drive me to competition and finally succeeded. And they just don't care.

They don't clearly explain what you get for what you give in the rewards program. They intentionally make it hard to know up front.
I have ordered from Jimmy John's so many times I cannot count. I always customize my sandwich so that I won't get any tomatoes. I almost always get tomatoes. I always pay extra for 2 or 3 Kickin' Ranch dipping sides and I pay extra for Mayo packets. I almost NEVER get any of these items. I have spoken to the manager of my local Jimmy John's three times. I've been guaranteed that associates would be trained to have more attention to detail and correctly put together my orders in the future. Today, for good measure, I paid for 4 Kickin' Ranch sides and received two. I paid twice for extra mayo packets and did not receive any.
Sometimes, it's the little things that add up and make one not wish to bother ordering from a company again.
Zero attention to detail. Super Fast should not mean Less Quality. I really like the sandwiches and convenience, but it's simply disrespectful at this point and I no longer wish to do business with a business that does not value customers enough to give them what they pay for, consistently.
Every time I do a add on that I pay for they constantly never put it on the sandwich. This time they didn't do their "freebies" or the paid add-on! Trash
