Lost my information when pushing back buttom - frustrating that it did not save. Willing to give the program another try - also you should be straight forward with your participants by letting them know they will be charged after they spend time creating a resume - this should be stated at the very beginning clearly - with that being said the features are excellent - I am hoping that I can modify titles and such after paying - if not I will need to cancel and try another platform

I was let go from a role recently due to financial circumstances with the agency after only being there for six months. Prior to that was at a large corporation for 19 years. I needed assistance with my resume and being able to change it around depending on the role. JobHero is my hero! This platform has been a time saver and has been incredibly helpful in sending out my resumes and cover letters.

Building my resume with JobHero was an easy and straightforward experience. You can choose between multiple templates in different colors. Different content suggestions are depending on the position you are applying for, which is really helpful especially if you are building a resume from scratch. However, pricing was not that clear from the page itself, I had to find information elsewhere, which is a shame. All in all, the price is worth having toll to build a good and professional-looking resume.

I have contacted customer sevice with regard to subscription cancellation. I have received reply within 5-10 minutes but issue is still being resolved.

I signed up for the 14 day trial, but when I came back and signed in five days later to download my cover letter, I had to add my credit card information again and pay another fee. Seems like a glitch in the system.

I do not like that you force a subscription. Allow a 1 month purchase for a set amount without renewal you will get more purchases. I understand the subscription is a way to get people who forget to cancel but you will be looked at differently as a company if you provided the option to just do a forward payment for a set amount of time.

They are good and have the right tool to get you started. But my problem is they are restricting me access to the document even after payment

Ivan was my representative today and he took every measure to make sure I could use the service. My first account had been suspended and I didn't realize it and he did everything to make sure my new account was set up properly it was about 30 to 50 minutes but we were able to get it completed. I had to call my bank and waited for me to complete that. I wish all reps were this through!

Great and tempting template, friendly UX, easy to edit and great experience suggestion. But you can equally do well to suggest likely interview quetion based on resume content. Overall everything is good and perfect.

Well what can I say but that Jobhero is pretty awesome! I usually have trouble creating a resume out of thin air but Jobhero made very adaptable and convenient. I'm very impressed! Now I have 4 resumes and took me forever just to create one. Thank you Jobhero

My experience with job hero was easy and quick. It was so helpful because I did not want to spend a long time creating a cover letter. I was surprised and happy that job hero was able to do the job in a short time. I love all the options it gave me from style to input of sentences and paragraphs that would best fit my need in what I wanted my cover letter to say.
