Very helpful, beautiful layout and excellent prompting for ideas on wording. However, my ambitions don't quite match the wording of my work experience and I was hoping the template would be a little more intuitive with prompting suggestions in accordance with the skill set I was trying to highlight, rather than the rigid facts about my previous job titles. If possible, this would be a game changer for people like me who are trying to elevate their positions based on skill sets, aptitude and past accomplishments. Thank you for this service, it really made navigating this dreaded task much easier!
Interesting. This site has some pertinent templates to get you excited. Of course it's only after you have finished editing that you are informed that you have to pay to download and you're then pressured to subscribe. Very annoying setup!
The resume builder is great, but I feel like it's a pretty slimey business practice to not be upfront about the cost. I was forced into making my entire resume before I could even finish making my account. All I wanted to see was how much it would cost, but i was forced to go along and make my resume. I would have gladly paid for it, but the fact that you made me build my resume before i even knew how much it would cost is insane. I'd love to give you 5 stars but I can't with that sort of business practice.

Deceptive. Google says this is a free site. You don't find out you have to pay until after you've created your document using your templet. 2.95 isn't alot of money, but I'm not sure I would have continued with this process if I had known. Hopefully it will help me to get a job and then it will be well worth it. But I did feel deceived when that paywall came up just when I thought I'd be downloading my new resume.

Annoying interface, and frankly I never really signed up for JobHero in the first place. It showed up in my inbox and I thought it might be a resume from my state careers counselor, who was also supposed to send me a revised version of my resume the same day. I won't be renewing beyond the two-week trial.
I didn't choose it. This was basically a spam email that I was stupid enough to answer. Extremely sus business model.

I have not seen such a well established and detailed letter done in ages and the look of it after getting it done was a great stand out. I have already applied out with my new updated letter and hope to get a response from the companies soon.
I recomend this a 100% to my friends and colleagues.
Because i'd love for a my cover letter to stand out the way i like it to be with the position being advertised and I trust Job Hero would do the best cover letter for me.

I liked the different templates.
The site says..."Browse JobHero's extensive library of customizable, free downloadable resume templates designed for every industry and job." I paid $3.00 to have access to download my resume, it was not free. It would be nice to have that information upfront. $3.00 charge to download resume.
I also wish that it was not a pdf. It would be nice if I could edit after creating.

It says it is free i build my cover letter get to the end and when I go to download it charges me. If i didn't need it so bad I would have canceled. It is false advertisement in my opinion and I will not be recommending.

I originally was under the impression the resume was free BUT that was not the case. I paid just under $3 which wasn't bad and I now have access to several features. It is easy to build and very helpful.

I absolutely love that you tailor resumes and cover letters specific to my skills and talent. However, I was hoping to a cover letter that is specifically for unadvertised jobs. I couldn't find a way to do it. Hence 4 versus 5 stars.
