Very helpful, beautiful layout and excellent prompting for ideas on wording. However, my ambitions don't quite match the wording of my work experience and I was hoping the template would be a little more intuitive with prompting suggestions in accordance with the skill set I was trying to highlight, rather than the rigid facts about my previous job titles. If possible, this would be a game changer for people like me who are trying to elevate their positions based on skill sets, aptitude and past accomplishments. Thank you for this service, it really made navigating this dreaded task much easier!
Interesting. This site has some pertinent templates to get you excited. Of course it's only after you have finished editing that you are informed that you have to pay to download and you're then pressured to subscribe. Very annoying setup!
This program made me go all the way through creating a cover letter without warning me of the cost. That seems sneaky and deceitful. Have people pay up front so they don't think they are getting a free service and then fell obligated to pay or lose their work.

It is SO SCUMMY that you don't mention payment is required until I go to download my resume.
I will absolutely be cancelling for a refund within the next few days. If you had told me upfront it'd be $2.95 for the first 14 days, I'd be a customer for life.
But springing it on me when I click "download?" That is just... yucky. This business practice does not inspire any confidence in your company.

Nice service but disappointed that Job Hero was not transparent about costing money beforehand. It tricks you into spending a lot of time on a resume, only to take you to a payment page. If you would have been up front with the cost, I would have given 5 stars.

I like this program, but the comments included in the recommended statements section need to be changed to include "person-first language." For example instead of saying, "Special needs children" the comments should state "Children with special needs." No employer worth working for would hire someone who uses language like "mentally challenged students" or "special needs students."

Your walk-through was very helpful, but it is kind of annoying that I have to pay right off the bat just to download the thing you helped me create. I would have more likely agreed to a subscription had there been some kind of free trial or one free download, etc so that I could have judged the quality before paying.
