Very helpful, beautiful layout and excellent prompting for ideas on wording. However, my ambitions don't quite match the wording of my work experience and I was hoping the template would be a little more intuitive with prompting suggestions in accordance with the skill set I was trying to highlight, rather than the rigid facts about my previous job titles. If possible, this would be a game changer for people like me who are trying to elevate their positions based on skill sets, aptitude and past accomplishments. Thank you for this service, it really made navigating this dreaded task much easier!
Interesting. This site has some pertinent templates to get you excited. Of course it's only after you have finished editing that you are informed that you have to pay to download and you're then pressured to subscribe. Very annoying setup!
I didn't like being told at the very end how much I was going to be charged after I put in a bunch of time and energy. You should be more upfront and transparent about costs and you should definitely have a one time purchase option and not only auto-renews. Super annoying

I've been writing resumes for decades. This resume is for a high paying job, which requires a different style. I Google Searched my way to your website. I began with a different company, which gave me field restrictions and mandatory dates of employment. I'm 60 years old - those dates are not my friend, on paper.
HOWEVER - I have to change my password before logging back into the website. The log-in page redirects to a page called Perfect Resume.
The resume is so grand that I want to use the Cover Letter Builder. Pricing is fantastic.

I wish there was the ability to edit a bit more within each section. For example once the drop down are filled in (years worked, location, name) I would like the ability to edit/modify more. One template has your initials at the top, but because my name starts with doctor, it make my initials DW, when they are really JW. I couldn't modify this so I didn't use that template.

You guys make it really easy, but I'm not paying a subscription, I'd much rather honestly pay $10 now than you try to get me to forget I paid a subscription and make it $3 every few weeks. I don't blame you, everyone else does it but I honestly think you would do way better if you just charged people $5-10 a resume.

When invited to make my resume for "free", it was not clear that I could only get a text version of all of my hard work. I had my resume almost completely finished and then it disappeared. I was able to recreate it but it was a very time consuming process. Need a save button on each page in order to make sure that doesn't happen to others.
Seemed to be easy to navigate, had a lot of helpful suggestions as to verbiage, etc.
Needed update resume quicker than originally thought.

I don't like being charged after the fact. You all should be more transparent. I don't want spend time customizing a cover letter only to find out I can't download without paying. I appreciate the service because it ultimately did make the process much easier but it feels underhanded to only charge me at the end.
