Very helpful, beautiful layout and excellent prompting for ideas on wording. However, my ambitions don't quite match the wording of my work experience and I was hoping the template would be a little more intuitive with prompting suggestions in accordance with the skill set I was trying to highlight, rather than the rigid facts about my previous job titles. If possible, this would be a game changer for people like me who are trying to elevate their positions based on skill sets, aptitude and past accomplishments. Thank you for this service, it really made navigating this dreaded task much easier!
Interesting. This site has some pertinent templates to get you excited. Of course it's only after you have finished editing that you are informed that you have to pay to download and you're then pressured to subscribe. Very annoying setup!
Costs way to much for one high school class assignment. Then needed to redo because of a space error and have to $24. Its a rip off wouldn't advise antyone to use it.

You do not state from the beginning that there is a fee for creating a resume. Only after hours of work I cannot download as I need to pay for it. You need to make this clear from the beginning so I could choose to continue or not. Now I feel pressured to pay a fee which I am definitely not happy about and if I had known this from the beginning I would have opted to go elsewhere

Overall a very good platform. Appreciated the ability to view my basic information within multiple cover letter styles. Could be easier to swap templates or paragraphs and the blue highlighting couldn't be reformatted, so I had to work around that.

It's a scam, doesn't tell you that you need to pay until after you have completed your CV.
They know you're unlikely to not pay for it as you have spent so long writing your CV.

The tool was easy to use but the education information was not flexible. My low rating is because I disapprove that I am not allowed to make a one-time purchase but I'm forced into a possibility of a recurring payment for something i may not use again and may forget to cancel.

It left a very sour taste in my mouth when trying to cancel my subscription, as the "cancel" button didn't seem to work in Chrome. I had to switch to Microsoft Edge, reset my password twice, and only then was I able to request to cancel. Then, I was offered the discount from $25/month to $3/month, which is much more reasonable but it is definitely very scummy that I wasn't offered $3/month in the first place.
It's a good product, and the interface made it really easy to update my resume.
$3/month is a much more reasonable price than $25/month! I wouldn't have even tried to cancel if I was just given the $3/month option in the first place.

Was charged $25 a month for a service you'll sell to me for $3 a month (or $25 a YEAR) if I threaten to cancel. Not cool. I'm only keeping the $3 a month option because I still want access to my resumes. I'd love it if you'd either give me a free two years for the $50 I've already paid or refund that money.

I liked the draft but when I entered additional skills, copied and pasted in, I thought you guys would adjust to make same font as the rest of the document. But you didn't and the finalized version had different fonts.
