-Ineffective to my needs -Has many bot responses on different platforms recommending product (look on Facebook. Literal bot reviews) -BBB responses are consistently non-sense responses. Saying you're working to remove things isn't the same as having the capacity to remove them.
Not sure what this is doing for me after the initial scanning. It shows X number of websites using my private information, addresses a few of them. The report I received wasn't correct -- an entry they said was deleted was not, they apologized and said they had overlooked it when I brought it to their attention. Not sure this shouldn't be more of a 29.99 type service, because I don't really see what is ongoing that requires a year of service. My second month report was basically just a very brief summary that looks like a reiteration of the initial report. They show they have contacted a number of websites to request removal, but they were supposed to have done that last month, so I'm unclear about what they achieved this month. They reported maybe a half dozen on the initial report who have actually claimed to have removed information, the vast majority was supposed to be contacted with requests but don't respond promptly. The bad news is that your information will still show in the Google result, long after these websites claim to have removed you. Is it worth the price -- that's my question -- because your information will still appear in the Google search summary. And will it be worth continuing after the first year subscription expires -- I need to see more ongoing efforts to be able to justify continuing the service. Of course, I'm opening myself up to yet another source (sitejabber) that will try to sell my private information, by answering the DeleteMe email request to review them.

I have been a loyal customer for a year and was even working on getting my place of employment to buy it for all our employees as a benefit (1000% don't recommend now and we'll be going with an actual reputable competitor). My subscription renewal was coming up due 1/16. I received an email on 1/12 stating that I needed to add a new card to my file. Thought this was weird as nothing about my old card had changed and it was days before my subscription was due to renew. Well, I trusted them in the past so I just input in a new card and it charged that new card immediately. I wasn't too happy about that either as again days before my payments well due but whatever. I then got my other card statement (originally card they had) and they HAD charged that card. Contacted support and wow are Mallory and David (manager) absolutely unhelpful jerks. They keep trying to say that it's a pending charge and it'll fall off. It's not pending charge, it was charged. Then they kept telling me that my originally card was declined due to zip code error. It was not and now I paid double for the same service and David and Mallory refuse to do anything about it. And they have attitude which is just the absolute cherry on top.
Reporting this scamming company to the BBB, FTC, and my credit card company. My suggestion to all of you is run away fast!

Delete me helped me remove alot of sensetive information that was floating around the web. They really helped a lot with this constant problem and removing me from web sites i didnt authorize.
It is good to have some of my privacy back. My families personal addresses are even gone. If you value your privacy I do recommend the investment.

I think this is amazing... and I think that my privacy for my family and I are FIRST... it's NONE OF ANYONES business of what I do, where I LIVE, especially when my wife and children are involved in these sites. To me it's a SAFTY concern. And having a brother in law who use to be a sheriff and looking me up really just set me off... thank you all at delete me... keep doing your thing and keep me off of ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING... outa site outa mind.
I'd give them zero stars if I could. Joined in November of 2021 and they listed out all the places my info was present so it made sense to hire them to go to work instead of wasting my time. Sadly, in comparing my November/Dec report and where my info was listed to my recent May/June report... most are still present even though they say a deletion request has been submitted and they give a time frame for removal.
For Example, these say 'REMOVAL TIME' 7 days.
Checkmate, TruthFinder, Yellow Pages, xlek.com... 6 months later they are still showing on my report as active and "Removal in Progress"?!?!?!?!?!?
These all say Removal Time up to 6 weeks but 6 months later they still show as active.
PeopleLookup, US Search, Anywho, The Public Records, Emailfinder.com, PublicRecords, USA People Search, Addresses.com. This isn't all of them... I got too tired cross checking and seeing what was done from Novembers report to May's...
Seems buying this was a huge mistake and misinformation by DELETEME saying what they could do. I guess I was blinded by their fancy reports and they know most won't take the time to analyze and look at things like I did... Frustrating.

We would like to take this opportunity to address your comments on the renewal process and to educate our customers on how pending transactions work on credit cards.
A pending transaction is a recent card transaction that has not yet been fully processed by the merchant. If the merchant doesn't take the funds from your account, in most cases, it will drop back into the account after 7 days.
In your case, the billing on the first charge was not fully processed due to a billing address mismatch error on your card. You demanded a refund for funds that were not actually received by Deleteme on this card and when you were informed of that, rather than contacting your bank to verify this, you made the false assumption that we were holding funds that did not exist. The actual charge that did process on your new card that was put on file was refunded immediately upon your request and your account was terminated at that time.
