I was getting at least a dozen calls a day from 'people' all over North America trying to sell some sort of electronic commerce product. Blocking and reporting spam did nothing to alleviate the assault, so I signed up for DeleteMe several weeks ago. I've had ONE call get through since. So, not perfect but well worth the cost in my opinion.

I didn't have many alarming issues with privacy or identity issues, but am aware that this has value and can be beneficial... if it works properly. Once I signed up and provided my information on the data sheet, I'm getting FLOODED with scam calls regarding connections that otherwise wouldn't have been made if not for the data sheet. I have received a massive increase of spear phishing emails, mailed advertisements, and have had to abandon as much of my communication avenues as possible. I feel like I've paid someone to alleviate an issue that they created?!
