Very pleased to have DeleteMe as a defender against these disgraceful, exploitative websites that should all be illegal to operate. Wish they had broader capabilities but still very happy with their excellent service. Thank You much always.
-Ineffective to my needs -Has many bot responses on different platforms recommending product (look on Facebook. Literal bot reviews) -BBB responses are consistently non-sense responses. Saying you're working to remove things isn't the same as having the capacity to remove them.
A lot of people misunderstand what a DeleteMe Subscription does, and how diligent and professional this company is. It is nearly impossible to completely wipe your identity from data collections websites, and remove your digital footprint entirely. What DeleteMe does is something everyone can do on their own, but without the efficiency and repetition that this company provides. Continuously submitting lengthy and arduous Opt Out requests are effective, but they have to be done repeatedly. The simple truth is, your information will continue to re-populate in these databases indefinitely, and remaining active and vigilant is what this company does best. Over the past year, my DeleteMe subscription has significantly reduced my stagnant personal information from being easily found and exploited online. I have spoken personally with the professionals who confidently addressed my concerns, and have been extremely informative and communicative throughout this whole process. Needless to say, I will remain a satisfied and happy customer so long as this company continues to perform as stated. I strongly recommend their services!
I'm glad 'DeleteMe' continues to work on my privacy 24/7 even while I am away at work or sleeping. They are worth it and are getting the job done and saving me a lot of time.
Doesn't it irk you that your age, name, siblings, parents, and some address information (past and current) show up on the Internet? If you don't want this kind of information visible on the Internet hire these guys. They're reasonably priced and will remove information about you that's nobody's business but yours. There may be a couple or so sites that you need to handle but the bulk is handled by them. When you receive your reports, just quickly do a scan on the Internet to see that you're actually removed. If there are a couple of ones that still pop up see if it's on their list of Can't Remove - Here's Why and usually it's a quick opt-out procedure. But doing that for 20 or so People Finder-ish sites is cumbersome. That's my two cents. Eventually, we'll elect more people to our government that understand the Internet, instead of entitled old white guys, and these future well-informed public servants will actually set some healthy legal boundaries so that our data is protected. Until then we need to use helpful third-party companies.
DeleteMe has been very thorough in searching for any mention of my name. This has kept the internet stalkers from intruding into my life. If you use the internet to shop, enter contests or take surveys, which I have, your information will be out there whether you know it or not. Those ad sites to help us find people, associated me with addresses and people from long ago. Worse, they often had my name associated with so-called potential relatives I had never heard of. Those sites are not accurate, don't care if they are incorrect, and sometimes provide a reputation score based on fiction. I have had creepy cyber stalkers from my past actually send letters to my house on several occasions. Nothing threatening, nothing illegal... but disconcerting and annoying. I have gotten "private-caller" cell phone calls from creeps who found my unlisted phone number as well. If you put your private info online for various legitimate reasons expecting to keep it private, wake up! Nothing remains private. DeleteMe has removed my name from numerous sites. In addition, they send me reports of which sites they cleared my info and the sites which are in the process of deleting. Shocking how many surreptitious sites there are. Thank you DeleteMe for a job well done!
I've had deleteme for about a year, and so far I've been very happy. They have an amazing customer service team- they are thorough, quick response time, they always have an answer or solution. They send you a report every 3 months of what they deleted. They have expanded in privacy-centric services just in the short time Ive been with them. I'm giving them 4 out of 5, but they earn those 4 — big time. The 5th star is not given only because 1) they only work to remove info off around 40 data broker sites, and there are well over 100. Secondly, they occasionally miss an online virtual crumb, or when your data is refreshed after awhile, it's on a site previously opted out of. The team is very efficient, but not perfect. Just let them know, and they take care of it (if it can be deleted, they will). It's nice having a company centered around privacy that understands not everyone wants their information bought and sold by the big data brokers. The time and effort to send emails and by regular mail to ‘Opt out' of those 40 sites for and monitor it, it's a great value. I highly recommend Deleteme.
Delete me got right to work and I am very impressed within the first 60 days they've gotten many things deleted literally off of dozens and dozens of sites
The service is great and am considering in adding family members next. Possivly the following year. I always recommend it to friends and coworkers who are privacy focused.
Removed from some sites and not others. I sent an inquiry to DeleteMe a couple weeks ago about sites that I'm still listed upon and received no response.

I never knew how many sites had my name and age.
It's none of their business. I hate the fact that my personal info is out there. Now I have a company around the clock removing that info for me..
In response to sitejabber, DeleteMe did NOT attempt to help me or resolve this issue. What they did was, send a generic email in response to my review stating "they do not sell information and they were sorry this happened". DeleteMe has been provided every way possible to reach me and they HAVE NOT! I'm still googling my name and getting everything I was getting before I signed up.
I joined delete me about a week ago. It seems that all of the information I provided is being USED not DELETED! After completing my profile and waiting for my first report, I started receiving mail at my current address in the names of names I listed WITH DELETE ME as "aliases" or "names associated with me that are incorrect". This has never happened in the past so, why is it happening all of the sudden? I'm so livid right now. I thought they were deleting information not selling it! Funny, my intuition had me skeptical about this very thing. I knew that the information I provided would prove me right and sure enough, it has! I should have followed my gut. By the way, the name in the picture is two last names that started showing up on my credit report as an alias about 15 years ago. I hadn't ever received any mail in this name until I signed up for this service.

Very happy with how they have kept up on deleting me from sites and when I have popped up on a site, I've notified them and they've gotten right back to me and taken care of the issue quickly.
The information they give is to help you and letting you be informed because there are lots of scamming going on in this word the information made me trust it more
Tip for consumers:
Awesome
Sharing personal information to a service provider who needs it to perform their duty isn't easy. Deleteme has impressed me with their professionalism and efficiency.
Probably the best available method. Fast efficient thorough. A must for security conscious people. Absolutely necessary if one has a security clearance.
I've only been with delete me a little while. But already requests have been sent out to various sites to opt me out. You guys keep me up to date. I'm satisfied. I believe it's worth paying for.
This was fast and very complete. I was amazed at how fast it worked. I contacted for help i couple of times because I didn't understand a few things and they were prompt replying. Well worth the fee.
I've been using DeleteMe for a while now and I believe this is a service everyone should have, I have this service for myself and my husband, DeleteMe has met our expectations! Great customer service, and best of all our information is not on the web, it would take me months to try to get these sites to delete our information and DeleteMe does it all for us!
I just checked Intelius.com and I'm still there. Same for USSearch.com. So I'm wondering what it is I'm paying for. If I have to opt out myself, then what exactly does your service do?

I wanted to remove my personal info from the internet as much as possible and Delete Me got a large chunk of my personal data off within a week of signing up. Totally worth the money!
Results was fast and actually with all the deleted information for that month and to see other site that they found on the web that you can delete also
Sarah was super helpful and quick to respond with easy to follow instructions. She gave specifics that were not part of the "norm" of how and who to contact.
Glad for the updates. Still waiting for my information on the major sites remove. Says it takes time so will await few more weeks. Updates are honest it seems
I have been a member of DeleteMe since Fall 2020, and I just want to say that DeleteMe has done an amazing job of keeping my information private. I don't even remember how I found out that the company existed, but I'm glad I stumbled across the website when I did.
Before I signed up with DeleteMe, my home address (down to the apartment number) and cell phone number were all online for the world to see.
A few years ago, a handwritten letter with no postage was slipped under my door by someone I had not seen or spoken to in over a decade. I left home to run an errand, so I wasn't there when the letter came. I had no mutual friends with this person and I had never given them my address.
In their letter, this person claimed to have obtained my address "from social media". They were probably trying not to alarm me because everybody's on social media, right? Wrong - not me. What they didn't know is that I haven't been on any social media platform since before Instagram was a thing.
I was so shaken up from the letter that I went online and googled my name. I was surprised at how much of my info was available with a simple search. I changed my phone number and immediately set things in motion to move to another town. Since joining DeleteMe, I recently googled myself out of curiosity and came up with NOTHING. What a relief that was.
I am truly satisfied with my DeleteMe experience. I have been in my current home for almost two years and I really feel safe. I appreciate DeleteMe for everything they do to provide some semblance of peace of mind to their customers. I highly recommend this company!
Even after 2 months of having a subscription, I see basic/ usual data brokers displaying my personal information - even those brokers in my finalized report!

So far okay, but I am not sure why I am getting this notice when the updates report is not ready. Will have better basis to review after report is provided. Thanks.
