I sent you an email about 10 days ago with some questions and concerns. I was expecting a respond to my email but unfortunately did not receive any reply. I consider this as a poor customer service.

Love you service. Thank you for everything. I can't wait for almost all these things to be gone. I can't believe it takes so long but that's just way life is thank you very very very much.

This business is full of excuses as to why they can't get things done, if you get an answer from them at all. It's easier and less frustrating and free just to fill out opt out forms. Total waste of money.

They do what they'll say they do. Highly recommend!

I noticed a huge difference in web results, reverse phone number checks, etc where my name/background was involved, which I wanted quashed because honestly I'm sorta on the run from creditors. I'm glad they don't still have pauper's prisons, if you know what I mean. I also like that potential future coworkers can't readily get dirt on me through places like Spokeo, which I've used myself to sneak peak some concerning things with former significant others. Naturally, these folks don't own the internet so they can't remove you from everything, but they do a great job with everything they detail on their website.

I also use the parent company's product "Blur" on Android and Windows and prefer it to LastPass because of the "masking" features and it just behaves better generally, though I actually still use both depending on the interface of wherever I'm trying to get into.

In an age where everyone's information is public domain, Delete Me is a treasure! They go through the web and purge your data from those people finder and background check sites. I hope options like this are around for a long time!

After months of this subscription, you can still find my address, phone, all my relatives, and links to my socials just by googling my name. Totally useless. But you get these nifty reports that are like "good news! We've scrubbed you from some site no one has ever used or heard of!"

Seriously, it's useless. Don't waste your money.

I never realized so many sites existed. And how they work and above all how they put the public at risk. But when they go about their business they are creating for their own children and grandchildren to future generations the same enviroment.

I say watchdog groups such as yours come into existent to clean up what was good initially and that as time progressed became a tool of greed and misuse as we now see. Accountability is no longer a driving force in our dealings with each other. Today in the 21st century people honestly feel, as I personally see it, that they must sell and obtain money for their employers at any cost!

I am glad I found your organization and as far as you can help is more than enough. Carbon copy concept really is alive and well! Nothing really changes, it merely evolves!

Was not sure what I can expect, but I'm impressed. The number of spam calls and junk emails have already diminished. It's a shame that the government can't protect our rights and consumers have to pay for this protection.

Although the company cannot control the continuous posting of personal data mined from the dark web, they have done a great job cleaning me and my husband off the internet. True story: A girlfriend called for our address and she stated "I can't find you on the web. It was like you were never born"! The company is prompt to respond within 24 hours. If I noticed a post I would just send their way. I fully intend to hire them again, once they can delete us from the dark web. I highly recommend hiring Delete me!

I have been monitoring Delete Me's gradual removal of my personal info online, and they have exceeded my expectations. After an encounter with a stalker, I am pleased to see my info no longer out there, and it helps me sleep better at night. This is a well worthy investment. Thank you!

I really doubted this service and thought it may be a waste of money. But, after the first notification of my deletion from many sites, I had my computer nerd boyfriend search for me over the web. He only came across one broken link that had my name and old address. Even he was impressed. I feel extremely satisfied and will continue to use their services. I highly recommend this service.

I'm pleased overall with Team Delete me. I've had to request a few sites that still appeared after the first 4-6 weeks after enrollment be removed. While I could have made the requests on my own, I like the fact that your services saved me time and aggravation.

I wrote to customer service because I was having an issue with Radaris that I could not resolve on my own. I received an initial reply from Dave, and the issue was a little more complex than we originally thought. So it took multiple emails back and forth before between us before it could be resolved. Dave was always extremely responsive, courteous, helpful, polite and professional. He's also very patient as well :)! In the end, Dave was able to get the issue resolved with Radaris in a timely manner. Outstanding service, very pleased here! Thank you so much once again!

Both my husband can't feel more secure about our information being off of the internet.
I had someone from the past that was a threat to my life and kept tracking me from things that were posted by the internet. It was a constant concern and threat and now we can sleep at night knowing those days are over, thanks to you. We do everything to keep our names off of the internet, no social networking whatsoever, but still personal information kept popping up. Thank You Guys from the bottoms of our hearts!
