Their website has a lot of information to enter. However, when I submit a question it often takes a few days to respond. I suggest an auto response be sent back stating they received the request and will have an answer in no more than 48 hours (2 days) to hear back.

Nothing has changed. I am seeing more of my personal information than I did before purchasing a 2 year service plan. Something has to change or I cannot continue with your service. I had better results with Incogni.

The more often you search for your Name, Address or Location, or your phone number, the more relevant your information becomes in search order ranking and it will be moved to the first few pages of the Google search. Listings that may have been on pages 3or 4 of search engine results may now be visible on pages 1 & 2. While it appears new listings are created, it is simply existing ones moving to the forefront.
My employer has been hacked and personal information stolen.
