I found my name and address and my phone number on a site and I contacted Delete me and with in 48hrs they handled the situation. I'm very happy with these services I've been with them now for over three years

I assumed the reported on sites had already been deleted. My e-mail got deleted so I am hoping everything is taken care of and my name and info has been deleted.

The Techs work hard to keep our personal information off of data sites and the web - and it really does work. The number of spammers on our phones and computers was reduced greatly once we started using this Service.

Thank you for your review! The DeleteMe service will only remove your personal information from the data broker sites. All of your art and professional info will remain, as a third party we do not have the access to remove that type of info. We like to think we keep the "good stuff".

Company has done a good service by keeping me informed with updates as to their actions and the numerous sites my info was removed from, but 2 months in I've still found my personal information in several locations that needs to be removed so will follow-up and request an expeditious removal of these as well.

Delete me does very good job at removing personal information from websites, not perfect but data miners are relentless at getting that info so perfection is impossible. I could not do anything as good on my own.

Very simple, professional and user friendly. Very trustworthy too and they hate data brokers as much as I do. My business is no one else's business. Period. However, the process seems too slow. And the described reports that you receive are NOT frequent enough.
To expunge MY data from the web/internet. I hate it, absolutely hate it, that others collect my data and store it for all to see, and then sell it to others. This is a privacy and security concern. People are being killed out there because bad actors grab the data - like your address, show up at your door, and start shooting. It's $#*!ing bull$#*!. Thank god there are businesses like you; however, you could do so much more. There are ways to delete stale data on the web. Do a deep search, and get rid of that data. Also, scrub the data thoroughly by doing repeat searches every so often. I want to sustain my business with you and recommend you to many others. I can't do that if this service falls short of quality professional standards and expectations. You need to do better.

I purchased the 1 year subscription because your advertisement says that you will delete my name, previous names and AKA's from data brokers. Spokeo is the main one I'm concerned with. My current name and AKA's still remain on Spokeo. Spokeo removes Data instantly. If this isn't what you will do, please refund my money.

Ive already paid their top highest option for 3 months now and nothing was removed not even from google.com everything comes up when I google my phone number or name Etc.

-Ineffective to my needs
-Has many bot responses on different platforms recommending product (look on Facebook. Literal bot reviews)
-BBB responses are consistently non-sense responses. Saying you're working to remove things isn't the same as having the capacity to remove them.

Having the capacity to remove relies on the Data Brokers themselves so in that respect, you would be correct. We have no affiliation with these data brokers as other services may have, we follow their removal processes with the understanding that they will abide by their terms of service.
This is also the purpose for scrubbing these brokers on a quarterly basis - to insure the information we have submitted for removal has in fact been removed, and to find and remove any new listings that may have been generated since the previous round of removals.
No monthly payment plan, only one time payment that is too expensive for many peope. Until they introduce monthly subscription (not 1 year contract), I won't ever use this service. Stop your greed for money.
