I have ordered a total of 7 items from here and haven't been disappointed once! They're fast, reliable, cheap (prices), but EXCELLENT quality. Now this online store is my go-to! Extremely wallet friendly I'd say. I love that they have a student discount subscription for free. The items are pretty trendy too they follow what's hot and the staff are quick to respond to your questions. Been using the app for a few years now and so far no issues. Discounts/sales are plenty, sometimes free shipping. I think it's a definite must try if you're a student like me. I wish The next time joyshoetique give us Free Delivery, this brand is a really great option for you, I Definitely purchasing more items.

I've personally shopped from joyshoetique.com multiple times, and haven't encountered any issues so far. Their customer service can be slow at times, but in general it's worked out pretty well for me. The clothes fit me as they should (but seriously, refer to their size guide, I usually size up when I order from them). The quality of the material can vary, although I've only ever been unsatisfied with the quality of one sweater so far. Everything else has been a great deal. At a reasonable price too!

I ordered 6 shirts from teechip. They arrived earlier than expected and were in excellent shape. Made with premium fabric, they were very comfortable to wear. Plus the printed designs looked amazing andThis is the best I have come across in years, so amazing indeed. I therefore highly recommend it for every one.

I have yet to receive my shoes as of June 10,2020. I ordered them on 4-17-2020. I received a bogus shipping number. So they stole my money. I tried calling, chat (I was mysteriously disconnected from the chat) and email to no avail. Need I say more?

There are so many trendy shoes so if I need to refresh my wardrobe I will look for some things on here firstly. I am very happy with low prices and high quality. It's an amazing store and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Would give 4 stars. I ordered a pair of sandals 2 weeks ago and they e-mailed me that the items I chose were out of stock.
I was unhappy at first, but they fixed the problems for me and offered me a cash couon for the inconvenience. Now I have received my sandals, i must say you should not regret about them, they are amazing! The print with the color matched with each other, but I think the height of the heels for me a little high. I suggest you make them shorter, that will be fine.

A year ago I other a pair of sandals, it took six months to be ship, and did not have their contact number to called them or email them, because they didn't put any contact number on their website. And when the sandals finally arrive it was not what I ordered and they charged me a lot for that crap. I will never advice anybody to buy from them. Be CAREFUL!

Do not shop here. They will not refund my money for an item I bought that was nothing like the photo. The have a good photographer but the clothes are extremely low quality and the customer service is terrible. They will not reply to me. I feel like I got ripped off and there is nothing I can do. They will not respond to me. Never had this horrible experience online.

Shipping has been pretty good too as I live in the UK, from when I first started ordering 2 years ago and my recent order from a couple of weeks ago their shipping time has improved a lot! An online shopping experience that didn't break the bank was impossible in my mind. Overall, I would purchase from joyshoetique again.

Was honestly very very sceptical from buying from this place so I found a heap of girls on Instagram that had purchased and they said it's all good so I finally gained the courage to order and honestly I was scared but I'm so glad I did. I only order one thing in case it was a scam but it arrive today and the quality and sizing is perfect! I absolutely adore the dress so much and I can't wait to get our again and wear it!
