Do not shop here it's a complete scam. They sent me brand new shoes built incorrectly where you cannot wear the and then refused to return and help with $17 shipping cost to send them back to get fixed

I ordered about 6 items, ranging from blouse to jumpsuits to dresses, which price is less that $100 when checked out. Aside from a few stitchings that were sticking out, I was extremely happy with the quality of the items. Aside from that, the shipping came a lot earlier than expected! I ordered my items on the 8th and they arrived more than a week later on the 18th! I will order again - highly recommend their trendy clothing!

These shoes were so beautiful and elegant. I am having difficulties with size in shoes that are close vs. sandals. If this is not your problem, you would not regret buying them. They are gorgeous.

I never write reviews; however after not receiving my order after almost 3 weeks, then THEY cancelled my order, I wanted to save others from the disappointment. Such ashame, I really thought the sweaters I ordered look great on their site.

Items take over a month to arrive and then are poor quality and faulty! Trying to get a refund and they have offered me 10% off my next item OR a partial refund minus 20%! Company based in China not UK! Now requesting me to return to Germany!

The clothes are made from very cheap fabric. It is impossible to return the goods! I knew they were too good to be true but still paid almost £100 for the worst quality clothes I have ever seen

This is the second time I have ordered from this website and I would highly recommend them obv the price reflects the quality but saying that I have never had an issue with any of the clothes because I have followed the size guide I shop here for both my daughters 4&5 and also myself sometimes, great for holiday stuff the girls love it and I can't complain about the price. Also I have never had an issue with delivery I placed an order on the 4th of April and received it by 11th I live in Scotland. Will defoz be buying more xx

Joyshoetique has great products. However, should you have a problem, their customer service is fast and fair. These shoes arrived damaged and they quickly gave me a refund.

This website spends a lot of time writing itself fake reviews. I am fighting a refund 8 months on. The items were appalling. The stitches were coming apart, the material was thin and the items looked nothing like the images.
