I am supposed to be getting two day guaranteed shipping on all items but it seems that all of the recent orders I have placed have been arriving anywhere between 4-6 days. I'm not sure why I paid the $39 bucks because even simple stock fluid change kits took 4 days to arrive. We'll see what happens next order if it changes?

The shop my ride feature makes finding everything I need fast and efficient as possible with a selection of part's to choose from The shipping cost and time on delivery are great as well 10/10 would recommend

I never received an order confirmation. I looked in the spam & junk files, not there. I called and a gal tracked it for me & whoop it showed on the day she said. Difficult as is with all company's to get a non foreign person to help but finally got er done.

I live in New Zealand. I was off the coast of Alaska, when I decided I need to get moving on my bike for summer.
Found what I needed for my bike, ordered it online without a hassle.
It was promptly packed shipped and received within days.
Will definitely order again soon as I'm back in NZ

I ordered a set of 95" pistons with rings and a complete top end gasket set. Price was fair, products were as described. FedEx caused a delay on the gasket set, it took 5 days even though I paid for two day shipping. Parts have been installed and worked perfectly.

Everything was as expected. Fast delivery. And my bike loves this Vance N Hines air filter. Breathing much better with a great air fuel mixture and good power.
Next I'm going these cams which I'll also order from J&P

J & P Cycles is one of 2 or 3 places I purchase my Harley parts, and have for many years now. Always a good experience. My rare interactions with Customer Service were addressed and solved very quickly, they always are ready to "go the extra mile" to insure satisfaction of the customer.

This was the place to find the motorcycle riding boots I wanted, easy on and off, right treads for no-slip stance, and toe area not too thick to allow easy shifter manipulation. Good price, shipped promptly, and great quality.

I am undecided on this seat. It is no bigger, wider, taller or longer than the original seat and with all the rainy weather I have yet to test it outside as of 9/13/24. Only sat on it inside the garage. Bummer.

JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Your representative sounded like I ruined her day by calling for help.

Two day service with Fed X. Bike was customized so I got the order wrong 2 times. Returns were simple. The third time worked. There prices were very competitive. Dom

I purchased a helmet with bluetooth from J&P. Everything was done online and the product came in a timely fashion. I don't know of anything that could have been done to improve the service and they met all expectations.

I ordered my Stator on Wednesday had it by Friday and was back in my bike riding by Saturday morning. This is the second time I've ordered parts for my Harley from J & P and I have no complaints whatsoever. Fast and right. I highly recommend these guys :)

It's a nice speaker but for what you pay for it you would think it would be a little louder. Sounds good till about 60 miles an hour after that it gets hard to hear. Instructions are not the best but if you are mechanically inclined you won't have any problems with the product installation. Over all if your just putting around town it's a good speaker.

You get the correct product on time. Then you do them to courtesy of submitting a review and the stupid format wants to get all picky about it so this review can turn around quickly. How about however many characters I want.

Guess I miss read the add. Saw quantity of one so I ordered two. Seems quantity of one includes left and right bearings. It's ok though now i can replace rear bearing also.

Straight forward purchase through Amazon. Item arrived quickly, no issues. Saved apprx> $50 over other sites for customer. Build dates on tires were 20 - this year, so we didn't get dated hard rubber tires.

Buying the seat and the delivery was great. I personally did not like how the seat fit but that had nothing to do with J&P Cycles. But I did call customer service and spoke with them about it and they were amazing in helping me return the item and help with choosing anything seat. I will continue to order from them and highly recommend other people to use them as well.

Ordered a K&N Shaker intake, Saddleman solo seat and Vans grips. Order showed up dinner than expected. Only issue was the grips were the wrong ones. No worries about that. They promptly told me to send em back for a refund and I ordered the right ones. Quality service. 10/10 will do business again

Great customer service and good communication. Knowledgeable and helpful personnel. The only thing negative is sometimes orders sit in processing too long before being shipped. Other than that great to do business with.

The only reason for 3 stars is the line blew. It's always good shopping with them. And the product brand is always amazing. Not sure why it blew 10 minutes into run time when back together but it did.

Entire ordering process was as smooth and shipping was faster than anticipated. Product came in original box but no seals on box and product appeared to have come off of a display rack and the user manual was worn as if it had been in a drawer or a shelf for quite some time.

Product still arrived with all tags and no visible damage or scratches and shipping mode activated.

Fast and easy shipping. Items arrived packed neatly and tightly. No damage and no concerns. The only issue I had is that there was no "system level" instruction manual or wiring diagram. Each component had its own, but there could have been an all-inclusive instruction manual.
