Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
The helmet arrived and the fit was perfect. It's Bluetooth and so far all programming is going well. The only complaint so far was amount of time it took to receive the product. Ordered the evening of the 7th and arrived on the 20th. It was actually shipped on the 17th so 3 days for shipping the order and about 7 business days to process the order. I thought to much lead time before shipped.

It was for a FLHTC 2001. I had to replace the mounting plate. No big deal. Installed the light then went for a evening ride to adjust the light. I stopped in time. It was going to fall off on the road. All 3 adjusting bolts loosened up and 1 actually fell off somewhere on the road. One other was about to fall off and the third one was half undone. The 3 integrated nuts in the back of the mounting plate are not doing their job. They loosen easily. They should be a lock nut type. And there is no lip to hold the trim ring. I had to take it off and add a small washer between the plate and the fearing to create a space for the trim ring lip. I contacted Hogworkz and I did everything right the first time. Defective product. I'm making it work but I am pissed off. That thing cost me $476.90 including shipping and exchange rate.for god's sake. Been buying from J&P for 5-6 years and spent thousands and that is the 2nd bad deal in a row.

This was awesome experiance not only did I receive my military discount showing they support the military but with me swapping to a bigger amp the washers looked different then the old ones on the bike I got on their website and chatted with someone who was able to help me out with exact location they needed to sit this has made my decision to only purchase my parts from now on with j&p

The jacket is very comfortable and is ventilated so its not too hot. The chaps I had to trim to fit my short inseam but they are okay. I wish they fit around my waist where I wear my belt instead of my belly button (I have a bit of a gut) but I will still wear them as a safety measure.

The Legend REVO-A was obviously a previously returned set. I should have gotten an open box price and not full price. This is why not a 5 star rating.
Legend preferred I use a third party to purchase their shocks.
Looking to improve and increase ground clearance of my FXR suspension.
Big improvement over the Progressive Shocks which were an improvement over stock suspension.
Have Legend shocks on my 2018 Road Glide which led me to choosing them for my FXR.

I ordered parts through the internet over and over and over and they were always wrong and wouldn't fit Miss marked after speaking with the boys at JP cycles in Scottsdale they fixed me a ride up got me the parts I needed first time had them sent to my home in Payson Arizona thank you.
They were in Scottsdale an hour and a half from my home I could go there speak to a human being and get exactly what I needed for an experience person.

Preferred vendor and RPM
These are exactly the same size as the regular ear pads. I have measured them with a caliper and there is absolutely NO difference. Shipping was ridiculously slow.
Because I needed thinner ear pads. These are NOT any different so I wasted my money.
Shipping is ridiculous for an item that could be put in an envelope. The part I bought had to be sanded to get it flat enough. It did work fine, clutch retainer makes the bike shift much better.

It was hard to choose a truck because there were so many shoes from different sizes. The way they were mounted the chunk that I chose. Put on my luggage drag perfectly. The tiedowns are secure very easy to hook it on hook, especially like the Velcro inside the lid. Very happy with it.

Needed to replace rear shocks on Harley Road King
After received my pacake and wirh missing items, one of the items came damage, customer support worked out with me to find out that the carrier damaged the original package and change the item into a smaller box damaging a primary gasket and missing 3 item, customer support send it another order and I just sent back what I received, gave me a incentive for the inconvenience. Thanks J&P.

My Veterans status was verified, yet my Veterans discount was not applied. Next my order was cancelled almost as soon as I received my confirmation email. Customer Service's excuse is that perhaps someone else had bought it just before I did and their system had not updated. This was the second time this happened in as many weeks with this merchant. I was sent a notification that the tire I want was available, only to purchase it and have it cancelled because it was out of stock. What is the point of having inventory control if it is not kept updated? The offered solution? Just keep trying to order each time I get a notification that it's in stock and maybe I will get lucky. If that's the way you run your business, why don't you just go to issuing lottery tickets with your orders? At least I will feel like I have a chance.

This is the second time I have received a notice that this tire is in stock. The first time, 2 days after I placed my order, CS contacted me to tell me my order had been cancelled. We will see what happens this time.

The part might be small and inexpensive, but when an oil leak keeps you off the road, $5 O-rings are triple their weight in gold. J&P had the exact ring I needed for my Harley and got me back on my bike fast. Thanks J&P
Ordered some items online and had got som LEXIN speakers with turn signals on them, had the shop hook them up and does not power up, and main speaker does not work, slave speaker does. Not too happy about that an expensive item I ordered and paid to have them hooked up to find out that it's defective.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
