Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
No hassles. You had what I needed when I needed it. I will order again in the future.

Parts are always good but can't depend on getting them in a few days as advertised. Had some items take 7-10 working days. Just not the same service as before JP was bought out.
Been buying from JP for over 25 years, quality has always been good and if not return policy was easy.
Cause I run a small bike repair business and I order 80% of my parts from JP.
Products that I ordered were exactly what I received. Items shipped quickly and arrived before the expected delivery estimate.

It's a heavy duty EFI line compared to the stock EFI line that comes on our bikes, with that being said it is a little harder to manipulate but all in all it's amazing
Thankfully the handlebars were wrapped up well because the shipping company beat the box like it owed child support. Package also arrived 2 days late even when I paid extra for membership for faster service...

Needed a new light bulb for my bike, bought from another website, it did not work out. I got on the J and P website, found what I needed, few days later it wasn't my doorstep.
Reviews said to size up so I did, but it ended up being a size too big. Otherwise excellent product with great delivery time

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
