Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Needed new tires
Bought a green windscreen for my 24 zx14r. Website said it'd fit 06-24. Got the windscreen snd the package said 06-18. Concerned about fitment issues i called customer service. Their policy is you can return it if it's not opened. I talk to I believe Mark. He said man no worries. I understand your concern but we both agreed it SHOULD fit due to no real changes to design on the 24. BUT he took it a step further and said man I'll vouch for you on this. Open it see if it fits and if not send it back no shipping charge and I will personally see to your refund. You cannot beat service like that. Long story short, i tried it, windscreen fits like a dream and looks awesome as hell!

All you have to do to tell if what I ordered is search the tracking number. I find it unlikely that you are "Checking to see if I received it". The schemes you and other online stores come up with to get me to visit your website are getting increasingly invasive. Most of us are beginning to notice this trend and do NOT appreciate it.

Delivery was about 3 days before expected delivery date. The product itself is a cheap piece of plastic that already chipped during installation. But overall, it was worth the 40 bucks.

Super nice Shoei helmet. No complaints with that. However, I was told o would receive 10% discount on my first order. Which did not. When I questioned it after purchasing, I received an email listing all products, brands, reasons, etc why I didn't. After reading that, I don't think they have any qualifying products. They said helmet was in stock and would ship in 24 hours, which it did not. Actual shipping time was 48-72 hrs. False claims to get your business. I will not order from them again.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
We do apologize you feel that way. Unfortunately, carriers do let us down in delivery at times. Not all customers are as diligent in tracking their orders.
