Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Overall a great experience. Shipping was fast and reasonable. The product itself was of decent quality, my issue was that it didn't work out for my application which is my own fault.
Came up top on google search, and seemed to have what I needed.
Looked like it would work from the picture. But even with modifications it was too different unfortunately.
Great place to shop, everything arrived fast in perfect condition, great quality.
J&P is my go to. Great products and services

Really wanted the drag specialties flame grips, but they're out.
I've shopped with y'all in the past and have had good experiences.
I needed new grips (current ones are old and sticky) and will now need new gloves because of the current sticky grips I will be replacing.
I have been looking for bags that fit my 24 Fat Boy without relocating my rear lights. These are perfect for holding necessities for the road.
Prior satisfaction
They sound like the answer to my saddlebags problem. Getting bags that will fit without moving the tail lights.
The web page didn't refresh, took 8 tries to get the order placed. Now I am happy that my order went through.

The tourpak latch was easy to search out and installed easily. It was a direct fit.
I have used them before
It was a direct replacement
Paid $20 extra To get my shipment faster, but it was still late. It wasn't worth the $20. Still will recommend…
Old-school look
I found it very easy to find what i was looking for. It was easy to check out. You guys are great!
I was at Cannonball HD here in Terre Haute, IN. Talk with Brock Heaton & he gave me your information.
Shopped around. You had what i was looking for at the lowest cost but still great quality.
The service was good. The parts were the right ones and the delivery was right on time. I would recommend ordering from J And P cycles
The Harley shops didn’t have the right part and the price was too high
Was exactly what I wanted
Great experience, painless. The web site was easy to navigate.I'm going to order more products for my Harley Davidson.
Simple order

Ordered a visor thought it said mainframe helmet but it's the wrong one but they are taking care of it and I'll be back to shop here in the future

Plug did not do what it said it would do. Now it will be more hassle than it's worth to get my money back.

I am having troubles with my LED lights
I was look for a Specific item, Speakers for my 2005 Electra-Glide. I used the search function and it quickly took me to the exact items I needed.
Recommended by my mechanic at DOA Motorcycles, Bullhead City. AZ
Need replacement speakers after a crash that broke the cones.
Great online catalogue. I just wish there was less focus on model specific parts and I could be shown actual product dimensions to know if it will work for my bike or not.
Lowest price on the item I wanted from a vendor that had both front and rear matching tires. Known for fast order processing!
Top tier product with superb reviews all across the board
The quality of my voltage regulator was nothing short of surprising through this company. The extra couple inches of connector length made installation and reconnection simple.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
