Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Website is decent. I've used j&p alot! The order Communication was horrible. I had to take my time to go through the chat process just to find out there was a multi party shipping, which my customer assistant didn't have a clue about my shipping. I was told I'd receive an email when shipment happens. Lack of communication is not for me. I'll be parting ways with J&P.

JP Cycles is always the best place for me to go for parts I need for my motorcycle. The price is always fair and the shipping is always fast.
JP Cycles cares about their customers and it shows. I've tried other retailers and they are not even close to JPs service.
Harley Davidson did not offer the original part.
The seat didn't fit for the stock seat. It said it would but I couldn't put the back seat on with the Backrest

I ordered replacement parts from JP cycles when the stator on my Dyna came apart. Got the parts faster than expected and everything works great.
Reasonable prices, and had good experience with them before.

I used to work at Off Shore Cycles of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts where I was introduced to JP Cycle... That was about 30 years ago! Best parts store ever. I still have my original tie down and soft straps which were my first individual purchase. Keep up the great work!

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
