Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Easy and affordable. Saved time and money. Didn't have to wait in line to get ripped off by Harley Davidson to replace a piece of rubber.
Great quality for a good price. Based on measurements I would have been a small but decided to size up and am glad I did.
They work fine look good except they are a little to long. They have a little to much bend at the plug side to go back to the distributor. They Could be an 1" to 2" shorter.
Purchased a sawicki 2 into 1 was super stoked to get a deal on it being a returned item only to find out it was returned due to a failed product that was re-sold. Luckily sawicki customer service was great and are going to send me a replacement but now it's just more down time waiting for parts to rebuild the exhaust..
Online easy experience
Super deal-bad results
Easy and straightforward. Parts are good quality, and decently priced.
Great place to shop for my Fatboy.
I snap my lever housing.
Anytime I need a part for any of my bikes, J&P Cycles is the first place I go. Their vast catalog of parts and quick shipping keeps me coming back time and time again.
A simple installation print with the products would be nice but I still haven't installed one of the items yet

So far no problems, part came in timely manner, and correct part
Took hooligan h/d parts 15 minutes to answer phone, and I have no patience

Easy to order, But, nine dollars shipping to put a one ounce seal in an envelope is a bit much.

It was something I needed.
Was unsure on which tire would fit on my 07 harley one call to j&p cycle staff and was very politely given the correct information on my purchase.
Was feeling a little embarrassed about calling customer support i have been riding for 42 years and think of myself pretty knowledgeable about motorcycles. Customer support treated me with the utmost respect and was very knowledgeable and helpful!!

Right product, quick enough shipping. They had the part in stock, it shipped out after the weekend
Positive previous experience
My item was a trailer wiring harness kit for my Harley Tri-Glide and a pull behind trailer. The entire situation was handled first class. The computer system, the packaging of product, the shipment arriving a day early, the part itself, all was perfect. I had it all installed in a couple of hours following directions. So, yes, I was duly impressed..
I knew the name but never needed a part until this one.
Another supplier wiring kit was not a good situation and I needed to replace it. So, ended up at J&P cycles.
Shipping and processing times are longer than advertised and promised.I ordered a battery and brake pads for my Ultra Limited. Site stated in stock ships next business day.Order was not processed or shipped as promised. I did not receive product for ten days. I communicated through JP chat after 7 days and was told that order was being processed that day.I was told by rep that they would put a $25 credit on my account. Battery was delivered next day and no credit was applied to my account. I am happy with battery and brake pads but will not trust JP with any need to have parts in the future
Friendly but not helpful.Promised credit on my account but never received.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
