Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Shipping policies should be connected with your check out. During check out you wanted to charge me $7.99 shipping when it should have been free. Everything was handled fast and correctly.

I explained mishap and documented the discrepincy, and we had a workable solution in short order. Waiting to see the results. Hopefully the insight gained will prevent a re-occurance of this shipping issue for others in the future...

Inhad dine my research for the product so that was as expected. New rider, so first helmet I've gotten. Fits well and comfortably, even with my glasses. Good windshield detents and ventilation. Shipping was quick and well packaged.

Alway find what I need for my machine. Purchasing from a dealer is at least a 2 hour drive and it's a guess if they really have what I need. I was able to get what I needed within a few days and everything was exactly what I needed.

We ordered a Dash Trim Switch Plate for our Harley. It came in a box that was so big. U could have fit an S&S carburetor cover in it. I understand the need to protect this for shipping reasons. But I believe a padded envelope would have worked instead of a huge box.
I still would recommend J&P cycles.

The shopping experience would be better if the bike I was shopping for was actually on your list of bikes. So if yall could add Titan motorcycle company to your list of bikes that would be great. It would be nice if you guys would do a better job at giving product descriptions. Not all 9f us are working on a factory bike. Believe it or not some of us actually do work on custom choppers. So giving a proper description of an item say like a old bag dipstick length diameter things like that would really be helpful and keep us from having to order the wrong damn thing and turn around and send it back and wait for something that might be rotten might not be right to come in. And another thing. How about shipping all of the parts the order in a single box ship the whole order at once not spread it out to where I have to wait a week and a half to two weeks for the parts that I need to get a bike up and going. Come on you're killing me with that crap. You take my money all at once right off the bat ship my parts at the same time where I received them at the same time when I need them.
Because I thought it would be a little easier than going to the dealership and having to deal with the guy behind the parts counter that don't know much but obviously I was wrong on that.

This may be just the one bad experience I had, but it happens. I ordered a part along with other parts, but this one was missed by the supplier and never sent out. J&P reached out after is should have been delivered and got it out to me, but then it took a while in the mail and the post office said it was delivered, which didn't happen. Then after the post office claimed it was delivered, it magically showed up four days later. I know the mail stuff isn't J&Ps fault, but just adds to the experience.
Initial emails were good when J&P reached out to me, but not really the other way around.
I like that I can filter by my bike and get parts that fit without having the guess.

The gloves were very nice and felt great but, the sizing was off. After measuring my hand like recommend. I bought size stated but they were 2 small.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
