Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Well I called to order parts for a 1983 Harley and the person wasn't sure what part to order so she set me up in technical support and they were very helpful. In a few days all my parts were in and matched the original parts so I'm very happy with them as I'm up and running!

A weld on my previously welded upper belt guard on my 06 XL1200C broke. I went on my J&P cycles account and found an exact replacement in chrome for $61.00 shipped. I ordered it in my driveway. 3 days later the part came and it fit and looked factory.

Easy to use website
Never buy from them again I needed a part and they are very slow to process. Said it was shipped next day but it wasn't shipped for 3-4 days later. I can not count on them for getting products in a timely manner.

I ordered a part for my Harley that did not fit, which according to the website it said it would and it was made for my year bike. Unfortunately because of your return policies I can't return it because I've opened the item so now I have to wear a 80+ dollar loss. But I will say at least ordering the part was easy.
Customer service is great and always recieve my orders in a short amount of time! When I'm up in strugis the staff at the store is always friendly and helpful!

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
