Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Not thinking, went on internet and ordered oil. After putting it in my heritage, had a lot of noise. Drained it, inspected everything, figured wrong weight. Ordered thru jp cycle, back on the road again

Not much of an experience, I ordered what I wanted, and they said it in short time.
The checkout procedure was a little confusing. I had a question about shipping, which was never answered by your robot chat box. I don't have a mailbox at this address so I needed to have UPS at FedEx shipping. I went ahead and placed the order. I'll either get it or you'll get it back.
Ordered tires for my 2005 Sportster XL883C. I did make an error in ordering the rear tire. J&P Cycles was great to work with on helping me return and order the correct tire.

It's that time again, another tire worn out.
Quick and easy to find exactly what I wanted. J&P did a good packing job, thankfully because the order arrived with the box badly damaged, bad enough that I thought that there would either be missing or damaged items inside. Thankfully nothing was gone, and the packing job was such that also nothing was damaged.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
