Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Value and quality
Bought the same exact bars (in chrome though) directly from KST a few years back at Biketoberfest in Daytona Beach. They were $225...wish I would have known then that J&P had them so much cheaper.
Love the bars- hands down the most comfortable bars I have ridden with. On my 3rd set- 2 on Road glides, and one on a Nightster.

I have a Honda VTX 1800R. I entered the make and model of my motorcycle into the website, and these mirrors had been included in the results. I like the mirrors so I ordered them. Nowhere did it say that I needed additional mounting hardware for a metric motorcycle. When they arrived I could not install them because I did not have the included mounting hardware. Very disappointed. Now I have to purchase not only one set of mounting hardware but two sets and break them apart because the sets only have two bolts. The bolts are for a regular 10 mm right side and a Yamaha left side which is reverse threads. The mounting hardware doesn't come with three bolts. Very very disappointed.

Ordered a part that was specified to fit my vehicle. It did not. Refused to take a partial return, even though the items are separate packages and can be bought separately on the site.

Availabilities was the biggest factor
Everything went well. However why do you not also include certain government employees in your first responder criteria? You list military, police, fire and ems but you do not include road construction workers. We also are considered first responders. Any time there is natural or even terroristic disasters we are also required to respond. We do so much more than just repair roadways. We are the ones who salt, sand, plow and clear roads impacted by severe weather. We also clear roads and other things during unnatural disasters. Many times we react much faster than any company with trucks and equipment to remove or move structures in search of survivors from all types of disasters. Thank you

The website is just like the competitors so no difference there. The prices and selection are almost the exact same as other sites. The HUGE difference is shipping! I won't order again through j&p for this reason. Their closest competitor can have the products at my door FOR FREE 1 week sooner than j&p and for the same price. As well, an accurate tracking system is in place for the competitors shipping company with up to date tracking information. Not with j&p unless you want to fork out more money.
Trying to see if the negative reviews I read were accurate. Sadly they were.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
