Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

I ordered a fender for my bike. Once getting it and having it powder coated, found out that the fender wasn't the right one. I contacted you and you sent me the information to send it back. I waited too long to print out the shipping label. So I went and ordered a second fender making sure that everything was completely correct for my bike. I received another fender just like the first one you sent. So, now I'm sitting here with two new fenders that I still can't use. The one that was powder coated now has a line on it to show where the 2016 Wide Glide's fender should stop.

I am overall happy with my purchase. The shipping was fast and all that. Just should have been more clear in the tire that you will need inlet gaskets for the install

Went to my local dealer to see if they could order part and I was told that they weren't getting anything from JP Cycle as it has changed hands and most items weren't in stock. Fit It arrived in a sealed package, it was 50 degrees so I used hair dryer to warm up the plastic and used 1/8 bit to drill holes and then utility knife the horn button fit perfect, I used a couple 3/8 extensions and taped the wires to that and pushed them through the hole I mounted it above the brake fluid cap, the sound is very good. It took more time to find the tools than to do the job,
Ordered one kit received kit that I didn't refer instead. Still in process of exchanging for correct item. But bike is still sitting on lift when it could have been completed by now had I received what I ordered.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
