Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Everything worked exactly as it should. Great website, shipping was nearly as fast as amazon and it was free. Can't beat it!

Frustrating...No delivery of correct windshield to Ottawa, Canada
They could exchange my wrong windscreen, which I purchased in Florida USA, transported it all the way to Ottawa, Canada. They could no replace it, but offered store credit only. I still di not have my correct 3 inch windscreen fir my 2010 Street Glide.
Local *******@Daytona Bike Week, wrong item provide, store gave credit, and I bought an Aqua Stereo. I still do not my windscreen...

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
