Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
No issues as usual dealing with J&P Cycle. If I can't find it on my own I just call.

The service from J&P Cycles was good as always; however, I really think the product is overpriced, not at the fault of J&P Cycles, the price seems to be set by the manufacturer. Also, the large cup holder is HUGE. My regular cup sticks out on top about one-inch when inserted, but it does hold the cup securely.

I like the pipes but for some reason they stopped putting the instructions to the specific bike I ordered them for and it came with a card to scan fit instructions but the instructions went to a different bike (and different brand of bike) I had to call and have them send the instructions... but the pipes them self's are great.
They are cool just funny understand why they stopped sending the instructions with the product

2 orders placed both says in stock ships in 24hrs. 1st order took over a week to be shipped. The second order after the 3rd day of no shipping was told the order was cancelled because the product wasn't in stock.
Parts came in quick, got rear shocks on. They are pretty sweet for a bigger guy 400lb and no bottoming out so far. Can't wait to get front progressive springs in.
It's frustrating because I bought this for my sons 21st birthday for the motorcycle we bought him and it wasn't even the one shown online

I thought i was buying the one my son wanted but it came in a completely different style
I loved the Custom Dynamics led light. UPS delayed the shipping saying weather conditions. J&P Cycles said that if I would provide my email and personal information they would give me a 10% or 20% discount. They provided me with a code but when it came time to use it for my purshase they wouldn't accept it. I will not purchase another product from them and will block all contact from them.

OOS and closeout not listed up front wasting time. Alternate front tire ordered. I was never able to see shipping or tracking, and then the tire showed up. Luckily for me I saw it before it was stolen(the very important reason for tracking and delivery notification)

2nd tire didn’t ship with the first. Came the following week. It showed in stock to ship next business day but it didn’t. I contacted them and they corrected it right away.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
