Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Website was easy to navigate and find exactly what I needed quickly.

All parts worked great. Great price. Shipping... not so much. Got a UPS tracking number from J&P. The day it was supposed to arrive, the UPS tracking info hadn't changed. 3 days later, the parts were delivered through USPS. But was in a FEDEX bag

I was looking for a more stable axle adjustment. Had some trouble. The threads on each end of the axle were less then perfect.
Not impressed with the machining. There is no mention of interference with stock mufflers and long shocks. It does require a hammer. The mount boss for the spools is in the way. Also I was expecting marks to align the wheel. They are not there at all. Except for the crappy threads installation was fairly straigh forward although there are no instructions.
I did receive my order and they were the right parts. I am not happy with how long it took to receive parts that were in stock.
I ordered the parts on a Monday which I thought was plenty of time to have them by the weekend. I had planned to install them on Saturday. We were going for a ride on Sunday. On Tuesday, the day after I ordered, I received a notice they had shipped. Since I am in Ohio and so is JP Cycle I was confident my weekend plans would hold up. When they had not arrived on Friday I tried to trace the shipment, but I had not been provided a shipment number. I thought surely, they would show up Saturday, but sadly no. I missed the ride on Sunday. If only I would have paid just a little more ($2.96 more) and sourced the parts locally, I would have had parts installed and made the ride on Sunday. Live and learn I guess.
Frustrated that the tire I paid full price for was 4 years old (wk/yr) stamp on sidewall. Would expect that from Amazon, not a vendor that deals in high product volumes specifically for motorcycles. Next time Amazon, where this tire was listed for $30.00 less (and probably newer)...

I have wanted another motorcycle jacket for years
I was looking for a ECE rated helmet and liked the Sedici which on the website stated DOT and ECE approved. Received the helmet and found there was no stick on back nor tag on the strap. Apparently this sedici helmet is not ECE approved. Others are and J&P is just using the same descriptions.
The ECE rating, with Bluetooth, good price built in tinted visor.
Box was opened not packed properly by shipping company, spent 250$ plus but they didn't send a y hardware(screws,washers etc) my friend recommended them but I don't think im gonna order from them anymore 👎🏼

Has what I need
I took the front fairing off today for other reason and my 95's wind screen is OE and in bad shape. It looks like it can be replaced by simply loosening the fairing, but I do not want to ever take it apart in the future if I can avoid it. 2 of the fastening nuts are in a very difficult location.

Ordered primary cover gaskets for my shovelhead 4 speed and got the wrong gaskets. Not even close to what I need. I'll be sending them back and hopefully get the right ones. Getting that time of year.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
