Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Even though I had for too long to be able to purchase what I wanted, I was still able to purchase an alternative with ease.
Exactly what I needed. It arrived very quickly and in a timely manner. There was no damage. We are highly satisfied with our purchase and will definitely be ordering more products from here.

I need to replace the old ones
The item I bought was an 'open box' item. However, the finish was mis-cast. It was Chrome, but had flaws. I didn't mind, because I had it powdercoated black, but it still came out flawed, because the chrome was screwed up, even after sandblasting. I still mounted it on my bike, but probably would have bought another had I known about the manufacturer's defect.

It was available, but as an open box, was cheaper. Turns out it wasn't that good an idea, as I've stated.

Your website could be a little simpler to navigate, but I mentioned this fact back when you changed to this format years ago.
The selection is good, how ever it would be quicker to the customer if JP wasn't so married to UPS as a shipper. Small items ship quicker via the US Mail when shipped direct to them, not through UPS first. I do like the free shipping for the less-than-$100 amount, what ever that actually is. My last order was for $87.00, and shipping was free. Good. Putting stuff in a bag and mailing it has to be less money that putting it in a box and UPSing it.
Highway bar was poorly shipped.
Box was so poorly closed that it was half open, and hardware was loosely thrown in, washers, bolts and clamp was missing, only 2 bolts arrived with the bar. After reading other reviews about the same thing, they must outsource the shipping. Because whoever wrapped the items, really didn't care. I returned the entire order. Ordered from another site, and everything was perfectly packaged.
They refunded me the order, minus a return shipping fee.

I was happy to find a replacement windshield since Cee Bailey's Aircraft Plastics no longer makes the windshield I currently have. I love my Cee Bailey's but it is very scratched and needs to be replaced. I hope this windshield will serve me as well as Cee Bailey has.

The person that I talked to was very knowledgeable. I didn't think they had the front tire I needed. She said we do! She took my order and fixed the order I had not completed. The tires came in time for my son's birthday. When shopping for our next motorcycle parts, I will go to J&P cycles. They are very reasonable, knowledgeable, efficient and have outstanding customer service.

Quality good choices
Everything went well until I installed the included acid into the battery. There was only enough acid to fill 5 of the 6 cells to the upper level as per the instructions. Luckily I had some on hand and was able to fill the last cell. Keep that possibility in mind when ordering. It charged ok and after sitting 24 hours tests at 12.76 volts.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
