Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Experience was fine EXCEPT that no instructions were included in the box. Responding to review requests is a waste of time I'd rather spend on other things - like riding or wrenching on my bikes.

I am 90% satisfied with this product. The 10% dissatisfaction goes towards buying an extra accessory adapter in order for them to work as R/B/T. I think that adapter should've came with the lights, not a separate item. Other than that, they look great on the bike.

I already had a full set of gaskets in my garage, minus the rocker box to head, but couldn't find two of those so had to buy another full set of upper end gaskets. Other than that I got whatever else I needed including new lifters. I finished and buttoned up the front cylinder today and will do the rear tomorrow so don't know the final outcome as yet. Fingers crossed!
Seems to be the easier shopping arena.

I ordered two vented gas caps for my '96 Harley One cap screwed on and one cap would not screw on either side I tried several times got very frustrated packed them back up and was going to send them back but they were going to make me pay $10 postage when they didn't even work so I will not shop there again
I got an email saying I could send them back but it would be $10 postage so I'm just going to keep him I guess even though they don't fit
I used to shop at JP cycles long time ago but probably won't shop there anymore since I can't refund the full amount when their product didn't even fit

The delivery process was great, there were no problems and the tires were shipped out on the very next business day as advertised. The tires came in 2 days before the expected delivery date, so 3 days in total. The product itself is solid, good quality.
The tires sold on the website are cheaper than the ones sold in Harley-Davidson retail stores.
A family member wants tires for his ride.
Amazing even at night. But you would think for 231.00 for a windshield they would at least throw in a free sticker. To help promote the product. But it fits great and my neck is enjoying no wind.

Order a pair of Bilt Dexter 2. I was a bit on the fence at first but the shoes are solid. They take a few days to break in but dwf worth it once they do. They work well if you have wide feet as well.

Original gasket never arrived because of problem with shipping. I tracked the order and once it was in my state of Ohio it basically circled my hometown for a week before I called JP Cycles to address the issue. Jason provided me with a two day shipment on another gasket which has left me satisfied. The three stars is for the shipping issues, otherwise I would give Jason five stars for addressing the issue correctly!

SEO and a wide selection
I ordered a specific windshield for a specific motorcycle, but the two bottom pre-drilled holes were not where they should be. I had to drill two more holes to install my hardware on it.
Always smooth, love the shorter windshield, that black aftermarket one that was on it when I bought bike was to tall and dark. Couldn't see ground in front when maneuvering thru lots with potholes.

I've got ******* miles on my bike and figured it's time to change the bushings and found them at JP cycles easily ordered them and got them quite quickly, good job jp cycles!
My experience with JP Cycles is good but my experience with FedEx carriers really sucks their packages are late if they show up and when they do show up they're beat up and tore up looks like they've been used as a football and a game

Just got these put on. The instructions were fairly easy to understand, however it would have been nice to have a heads up that I needed some glue for the one part that has to be glued on after a test fit. Overall I am happy with this purchase.
Was looking at something else om J&P Cycles when I came across these grips and decided to get them
The address was changed to my neighbors house. I called JP cycle to find Where the package was delivered. No one seems to know why the address was changed by FedEx.

There was no trouble product was perfect condition no scratches no blemishes at all the packing was perfect enough so no damage could be done to my helmet

When ordering ask for time of delivery and if purchase date is a weekend ask if order is going to be put in system on a monday or middle of week or the following friday; slow on placing order!

I ordered a set (2) of LED Red turn signals for my bullet style turn signal housing on my 2005 FXSTDI (Softail Deuce). I already had a set of Red LED turn signals but the plastic tabs that hold the LED to bullet housing broke off on both of them. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the tabs on these new LED turn signals were made of metal and not plastic. Also the fit seems to be better along with the actual intensity of the Red LED themselves. The only "drawback" is these newer LED are a little on the expensive side. Another issue was that the enclosed directions/instructions are a little vague so I ended up having to contact the vendor for some clarifications on their directions.

I wanted rear turn signals that were bright enought to warn motorists behind me that I am either stopping or making a turn.
While looking online and elsewhere for a specific front tire for my FXSTDI, I found that there was no tire available. Not sure why the lack of availability as other tires are available but J&P Cycle had the one I wanted in stock. I placed the order for the tire and it came with free shipping which was even better. The tire arrived at my front door as scheduled by the shipper.

Ordered turn signals for my 86 heritage Softail. Quality is far better than expected! Could not tell the difference between the new and the OEM old ones. Extremely satisfied!
Spent two hours trying to put the part on and would not fit. Went back on web site to double check fitment and found on another spot says not for trikes. Did not see this right away so now what. I don't have the inner boxes that were packaged.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
