Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
J&P Cycles is great. Quick access to thousands of products. But don't judge them by Amazon. You can order, receive, review, return, and receive a refund for something on Amazon before you J&P order will even ship!
But Amazon doesn't have this stuff.
Stuff I needed was available from J&P that was not available from other vendors.

Good part selection
Shipping policies should be connected with your check out. During check out you wanted to charge me $7.99 shipping when it should have been free. Everything was handled fast and correctly.

Alway find what I need for my machine. Purchasing from a dealer is at least a 2 hour drive and it's a guess if they really have what I need. I was able to get what I needed within a few days and everything was exactly what I needed.

Always have had good luck with parts and service from J & P. Therefore has become our go to for our Harley needs.
Price and quality. Have had good luck in the past with similar if not the same parts. Stick with what works.
Only downfall with this site is when you click on shop by vehicle. They show clickable sizes of parts for your bike next to what the part number are. However, once you click on those, it takes you to a random list of parts that you still have to go back and check the size that you already clicked on. Quite annoying. Otherwise, I've been happy with all of my purchases from this site.
They offer many different brands AND Affirm to pay over time.

When I first looked at the part I was thinking it was wrong, when I backed my bike out and took the old one off the new one fit perfectly. It solved my issues and back to riding again
Didn't want to pay the price that Harley wanted
The brake line had been previously opened and the box was taped shut. The seals that should have been included were missing. This required a trip to the dealership to obtain the new seals- very inconvenient and an additional expense. This should have been verified before sending it out.

Was sent the wrong part. Returned it today. J&P cycles was very friendly about the return. Let's see how timely they are at returning my money. I reordered another part from them, same day that I requested the return. I have been a customer for over twenty five years.
I was told they normally charge to return but because I was a loyal customer they would waive that fee.
They have always been quick getting my parts to me. This is the first time I’ve gotten a part that wasn’t what I needed or couldn’t fit my bike.
I was under the assumption that it would fit my triglide.
Ordering was easy and the price was reasonable. Shipping was a little slow but OK. The product was difficult to install, directions were terrible.

Availability and price!
I was able to find the tires I needed. But in the end ended up going with a slight different approach to my rear tire. Ordered tires around 2:30pm on a Wednesday, received them both by Saturday of the same week. J&P is always quick to get you quality products that you need.

Really like the shirt. I wear it to lift weights. It really supports the muscles and firms up the loose stuff.
Size up at least one size. I normally wear a medium T-shirt but bought a size large of the compression shirt. Wish the sleeves were a bit longer. I could probably wear an extra large.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
