Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Wanted to extend my floorboards outward farther away from the original placement.
I purchased a new Primary Chain Tensioner Pad for my 2006 H-D Springer Classic with 59,000 miles on the original pad. The new pad was an exact replacement. Price was great and delivery on time. Everything seems to work fine. I will open the inspection plat after a couple thousand miles and see what it looks like.

I always check J&P cycles for parts for my Harely. I ordered some slip ons from them and then I just happened to search the internet for more reviews, and I found that another retailer offer the same V&H slip on exhaust for less money. After chatting with someone they refunded me the difference. Great job keeping me a customer.

I ordered a tail light, it did not fit my bike and I had to pay to return the item. So I was sent the wrong item and it cost me 10 dollars to send it back. So I I'm just out money. The whole website is different nothing felt the same. I've purchased a bunch of things in the past but I will not be using J&P again

Called to confirm that I selected the correct p/n for this application. The tech confirmed it was correct but when received it was the wrong set.

Delivery was fast shopping was easy. One of my parts said that it was compatible to my motorcycle, but was not remotely compatible, was not expensive, so will go in my parts box. Otherwise, I'll shop here again.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
