Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Brilliant service, I actually live in the United kingdom. So when the parts arrived 8 days later, was an excellent result, have used J&p before and same service. And very impressed with the product absolute quality. Well done.

It hasn't been installed in the bike yet, it still process. One the plastic washers was cracked, and I'll have to use one of the old ones. Not happy about that after paying what I did for the kit.

Customer service recommendations and brand.
I ordered Quickly adjustable push rods what I received was basic adjustable push rods. This created more work than anticipated but still got the job completed. The reason for 3 stars is that when something is ordered the people doing the shipping should pay more attention. The employee at the store that helped me was great and showed me on the computer screen my order so I knew exactly what I was supposed to receive. The problem was at the warehouse and the packaging employee. Luckily it wasn't to big of a mistake. Maybe my order would have been correct if I would have ordered on Amazon.

Replacing cam chain tensioner. So needed quality push rods.
The jacket almost looks like there is no padding besides the shoulders being a bit broad. The padding is durable and I feels like it will do it's job nicely. The belt loop are an awesome feature and the flannel hold is a nice touch. I got the black one and it looks really nice. Very comfortable as well

I tried getting new tires for my Heritage 114 from my local dealer and determined they wanted to much.
So I used the "Shop by Bike" feature and took a chance on the "Staff Pick". So far I am very happy with these tires.

Items worked great. I placed 2 orders on a Friday same day one in the morning & another in the afternoon. The morning item I paid $35 extra for next day air. The afternoon item I paid regular shipping $7. The $7 dollar afternoon Item was delivered Tuesday 4 pm. The $35 dollar item was delivered Tuesday night 7:30 pm. Point being next day air is not worth the money. I will say J&P was good about it when I called they refunded all my shipping cost.

Needed to replace stripped screws.
I ordered the the shift lever from J&P and it arrived amazingly fast. I was practically dead in the water because the lever I was replacing would come loose and come off the shift rod. I installed the new lever as soon as I got it and I could see the difference. The spline was worn on the only one and I couldn't tighten it down to stay on. The new one I put on and it stays in place. It's been four days and it is just as secure on the shift shaft as when I installed it.

It's funny how one packet of the shipment took five days from Philadelphia to New York and haven't arrived yet but the other that was shipped later took four days to be delivered to me.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
