Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Web site very easy to navigate- helmet was on sale and met my budget.

One of the turn signal covers will not work on my bike appears as though someone inserted a used cover into the package had to purchase another cesta locally to complete the fix. Not very happy.
I was not sure as to which set to order the cs agent was very polite and was very prompt in his response to the situation. But when received and Changed all but c the last cover to realize the last cover was incorrect for the set.
Was supposed to be better pricing was given code for 10% discount on first order, applied code and was informed that that code was no longer any good. Very disappointed in business procedures seems one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
Had been told that the customer service and product was the best there. And that the product lines were the best. Suppose I should be disappointed but seems if it's gonna go wrong it does just for me.

Very smooth and easy ordering. Was looking for a small backrest pad to just cover the mounting plate.
It also came with a chromed attachment plate for securing it to the sissy bar posts instead. A good deal for the price.
You had a backrest pad that looked perfect for my Vulcan 900 Custom.
I wanted a minimal look on the backrest pad. This one is pretty covert. Glad to have found it.

Need tires for bike
Received my new helmet yesterday, & I love it. I got a scorpion (skulls) in a full face, first one ever. I've always wore a modular, so I was kind of effie on a full face. But love it, The fit was perfect.
I’ve order from them before, it arrived about 10 days later. Saying its being shipped to Victoria BC, Canada 🇨🇦, time was much faster then I thought.
I was looking for a helmet that matched my bike, my knee panels has skulls on them & wanted a helmet to tie it altogether. My scorpion fit that bill.

It's hard finding 5X mesh jackets that have adjustments so that armor stays in the correct position. It came with armor but I upgraded to level 2.

I purchased tires, and I received the tires I purchased. Military discount is pretty much a waste of time.
I tried to use the military discount, but was informed that the tires I bought were not eligible. After going through the list of ineligible items, there pretty much isn’t a military discount.
I forgot about RevZilla.

I enjoy shopping in store at my J@P Cycles store. Employees are always helpfull and friendly. They will go out of thier way to look up answers to questions you have if they are not sure of the info. The place is always clean and organized.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
