Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I received my part in a timely fashion, it was the exact part I needed. Worked fine.

Came across an open box klock werks windsheild on the website. Specifications were listed clearly & was very helpful so I knew exactly what I was getting. It was delivered within a week & in perfect condition. Instructions inside on steps to remove brackets & reinstall new windshield were clear & easy. I was very happy to find a high quality windshield at a lower price (due to open box)
I like that I can put in my bike's info & the website shows me parts that fit it. Makes it very easy to shop when you're new to upgrading & customizing. The pricing is also affordable compared to some other sites. Also like the good amount of inventory & choices.

Thought it would help my suspension
The neutral safety switch I ordered. Part # 32-0955, for my 2008 HD Street Glide, would not work. Once installed, neutral light would stay on no matter what gear the bike was in. Went to Rommel's HD & was advised the plug was to short & would not work. Only HD genuine switch would work. Installed one & bike operated correctly, ( neutral light only on when in neutral). Wish I could return it, very dissatisfied & expected better.
Have had excellent service & reliable parts in the past. Not the case this time.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
