Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

My bike had a Tranny mainshaft nut back out and cause damage to the pulley. I had ordered the wrong pulley and had not gotten around to installing for a couple months. It's winter here in Pittsburgh, PA. After realizing it was wrong, even though it was over 90 days from purchase, I was refunded the whole cost and sent a link for the correct part. Thank You!

I knew I wanted these pipes and so glad I finally purchased them! Got the deep low growl I was looking for out of my twin cam 103.
Had the pipes in stock and said they ship the next business day. I ordered early in the morning and unfortunately, they did not ship the next business day…..
Based on recommendations from others and going to dealerships that had them installed on bikes already.

Price and style fit what I was looking for. Changed manufacturer and tire tread style for this set. So far so good!
I had two separate orders on the same day (Sunday). The second order on Sunday still wasn't processed on Wednesday of the week. Two different calls on two different days about this order. The first call the representative gave me an account credit. The second call on Wednesday I was reminded of this. My reason for calling was it still wasn't processed! I got upset with this fact! If memory serves me correctly I asked it was possible to have the order expedited to get it processed and shipped. I was told that was not possible. The warehouse it was coming from was from Vegas. I had a prior order from here and had the same issue.
If this was my company/warehouse I'd begin to see why! The other is the two day shipping. It shouldn't matter where the warehouse. We the customers believe that you as a company would stand behind what you advertise! In the meantime I've begun looking for another company to order from! I also hope that they have no connections with J&P!

Was told this is the correct part for my bike.
Web site showed product in stock so i ordered it since it was supposed to ship within 24 hours. More than 24 hours later, no email confirmation of shipment. Got back on the site and it now says backordered. Contacted customer service, very friendly and efficient in looking everything up but nothing that they could do. Couldn't even cancel order since it had been processed. Had to wait longer than i wanted to replace my broken clutch cable.

Because I needed them
I had purchased 3/8''- 16 chrome bolts for aligning the rear wheel. The chrome coating makes the threads greater than 3/8 of an inch. I had to use a die to clean the threads. This removes that chrome from the threads exposing the carbon steel. I have bought 2 or 3 set at this point. With the same results. I cannot use the bolts because I'm trying to achieve a chrome look.
I will continue to purchase from J&P Cycle. My over all experiences have been good.
Was supposed to be next day shipping. Didnt ship for a week after was very upset. Even called j and p customer service. She even told me it should have shipped next business day. Love the tire but not happy woth shipping time...

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
