Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
So far haven't had any issues when I order from J&P. I just ordered breaks and some accessories. Will update once I try them. However, I have received lots of good comment about their brake pads...

My order was delayed over a week stuck at one location. Spoke with customer service and considered the package lost. Canceled original order and reordered the parts.Next day after reordering the first order shows up one week and four days from original order date. I notified J& P and was told to keep the second order too. Your customers service is one of the best that i have worked with

Fantastic experience buying anything from J&P. My most recent purchase was in email reminder notification when in stock. Amazing system, flawless delivery, exceptional speed of purchase.
I’ve all but exclusively use JP cycles for my motorcycle parts and gear for five years now.
I purchased a JMP cycle brand deer skin, leather, riding gloves, six years back. Dang things survived a 50+ mile an hour crash into the light side of some ladies Crap box SUV and kept going for a couple years of riding after. That isn’t until my Dalmatian yogi decided to get a hold of them, They could unfortunately not survive the wrath of a bored Dalmatian.
J&P offered 120 customer reviews. All of them were positive. Amazon and Ebay offer a similar product but they offer zero product customer reviews. Therefore, I went with J&P.

A TRUE ASSET TO THE MOTORCYCLE COMMUNITY. Rear tire was ordered but later found out it wasn't in stock. I had to call and reorder it. Customer service was 💯!

I purchased 2 levers and was a little bit confused that in the first package only the brake lever was found, but a couple of days later a second package arrived with the clutch lever.
Sadly I realized in the product description of the manufacturer that I may need a small screw called brake piston pusher or something similar. This was not mentioned in your product description if I recall well. I purchased this part directly at the manufacturers online shop an got it also fast delivered.

Sissy bar arrived in plastic with protected padding on important parts. Install instructions had good picture diagrams and install took less than 5 minutes.
Best price I found for the sissy bar I wanted.

The boxes that were shipped to my house were huge compared to what was inside. I also find it ridiculous that I have been forced to do this survey through repetitious sending of the email every 2 days until a response was given.
Only because there are no local parts shops in my area but I am truly debating if I will again
I needed brakes.
Found everything I needed with ease compared to some experiences on other websites. However, it turned out that one out of five items did not arrive. Turned out to be a UPS error, not to mention something that I actually had on hand. J&P refunded me for the item that did not arrive and I was able to complete my MC spring maintenance.

Definitely a great upgrade was very easy to install and will save time changing the break pads.only issue I had was bleeding, they wouldn't hold pressure I would have to pump them a few times to get them to fully work when riding. Finally got them to hold pressure but now they are stiff and lock up when pressed to hard.
You guys always have good options for upgrading stuff and better prices than harley for parts.
I had rear caliper and bracket failure with my stock setup and harley wanted to charge me twice your price just for the new parts.
Been waiting on my local Harley dealer for a year now and haven't received my part yet. Found it here myself.

I have been dealing with J&P Cycles for over 20 years. They've always been very reliable in both their both their customer service and their reliability as far as getting the right part when they say I'll get it and if there is a problem they're always very helpful if I have to make a phone call.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
